【摘要】：中國古建筑的脊飾題材相當(dāng)多元，從人類神話中象征性地衍生出不同的形貌。在山西脊飾材料以琉璃為主，屬陶胎鉛釉制品。本研究主要以筆者所參與之國家文物局研究項(xiàng)目《山西南部早期木結(jié)構(gòu)建筑信息數(shù)字化研究》105處古建筑中進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究，其中以臨汾地區(qū)“霍州觀音廟”與晉城地區(qū)“中坪二仙宮”為個(gè)案，探討與琉璃脊飾構(gòu)件的更替與保存歷程，以及近年修復(fù)對于琉璃脊飾的影響。 筆者藉由此問題從個(gè)案延續(xù)探討山西在地琉璃工藝性。從文獻(xiàn)收集，歸納整理古代琉璃燒制的工藝技術(shù)后，再親訪“黃山琉璃廠”、“呂氏祖?zhèn)鞲G廠”以及“上井琉璃廠”觀察現(xiàn)場并如實(shí)記錄，比較古今工藝技術(shù)的差異。 脊飾的修復(fù)除了琉璃燒制工藝性的影響之外，工地現(xiàn)場的安置更為要素之一，筆者以建立完整的修復(fù)程序?yàn)橹笇?dǎo)精神，探索脊飾修復(fù)程序與安裝方法。最終以山西南部為主要地區(qū)，全面性展開探討琉璃脊飾在古建筑中的特征，并從1990年“山西琉璃”一書比對20年來琉璃脊飾經(jīng)kw程的變遷。 脊飾調(diào)查研究考慮一項(xiàng)非常重要的普世觀念乃“真實(shí)性”（authenticity）的形成做為判斷要素，筆者冀望藉由個(gè)案分析脊飾探討材料之真實(shí)性，透過重點(diǎn)脊飾比較分析，導(dǎo)入建筑物整體價(jià)值評(píng)估，，重視山西琉璃遺構(gòu)之保存，并以舊圖文獻(xiàn)及田野調(diào)查的方式，比對琉璃脊飾修_┣昂蟛顄p，再分析相互影響之因素及問題。在本研究所建立之樣本資料庫中，更可對瀕佽失傳的琉璃脊飾技藝，得以清晰呈現(xiàn)，使琉璃脊飾特色更為突顯。
[Abstract]:The ridges of ancient Chinese architecture have a variety of themes, and symbolically derive different morphologies from human mythology. In Shanxi ridge decoration materials to glass-based, a ceramic tire lead glaze products. In this study, 105 ancient buildings were investigated and studied with the research project of the State Cultural Heritage Bureau, "Digital Research on early Wood structure Information in Southern Shanxi Province", which the author participated in. Taking "Huozhou Guanyin Temple" and "Zhongping Erxian Palace" in Linfen area as cases, this paper discusses the replacement and preservation process of glass ridge decoration components and the influence of restoration on glass ridge decoration in recent years. The author discusses the craftsmanship of Shanxi glaze from the case study. After summarizing and sorting out the technology of ancient glaze sintering, the authors made a personal visit to Huangshan Liuli Factory, Lu's ancestral Kiln Factory and Shangjing Liuli Factory and recorded them truthfully, and compared the differences between ancient and modern technology. In addition to the influence of glass sintering technology, the site placement is one of the most important factors in the restoration of ridge ornaments. The author explores the restoration procedure and installation method of ridge ornaments with the guidance of establishing a complete restoration procedure. Finally, taking the south of Shanxi as the main area, the characteristics of glaze ridge decoration in ancient architecture are discussed in an all-round way, and the vicissitudes of glass ridge decoration through kw process in the past 20 years are compared from the book Shanxi glaze in 1990. A very important universal concept is the formation of "truthfulness" (authenticity). The author hopes to discuss the authenticity of the material through case study and comparative analysis of the key ridge ornaments. This paper introduces the evaluation of the overall value of the building, attaches importance to the preservation of the remains of Shanxi glaze, and compares the glass chiropractor with the literature of the old drawing and field investigation, and then analyzes the factors and problems affecting each other. In the sample database established by this study, the lost glaze chiropractic techniques can be clearly presented, and the features of glazed glaze ridge ornaments are more prominent.
