鄉(xiāng)土建筑保護理論的梳理和研究

【摘要】：鄉(xiāng)土建筑作為鄉(xiāng)土生活的人為環(huán)境、條件和舞臺,同時也作為鄉(xiāng)土文化的載體和要素,在中國本土文化體系中占有重要的地位。中國是農業(yè)大國,鄉(xiāng)土建筑作為中國建筑遺產的大宗,不研究鄉(xiāng)土建筑就沒有完整的中國建筑史。鄉(xiāng)土建筑保護越來越受到重視,任何保護的實踐都需要理論的參考和指導,所以對鄉(xiāng)土建筑保護理論的梳理和研究對鄉(xiāng)土建筑的保護是非常必要的。本論文的主要內容是對鄉(xiāng)土建筑保護理論所進行的梳理和研究。 通過對鄉(xiāng)土建筑保護理論的豎向梳理,可以了解其理論的發(fā)展及完善過程,認知既有的歷史過程,是鄉(xiāng)土建筑保護理論的梳理和研究中的重要部分。國際社會以及國內通過的很多的國際憲章、法律法規(guī)文件都能反映出鄉(xiāng)土建筑保護理論思想。以國際憲章和文件為線索,鄉(xiāng)土建筑保護理論的發(fā)展過程分成早期階段、中期階段和成熟階段這三個階段。我國的鄉(xiāng)土建筑保護理論受到西方理念的影響,基本與國際發(fā)展的一致。不論國際國內,鄉(xiāng)土建筑保護理論發(fā)展的過程中,也受到了人文主義思潮、城市多樣性思想以及可持續(xù)發(fā)展理念的影響,促進了鄉(xiāng)土建筑保護理論的不斷完善。 鄉(xiāng)土建筑保護理論的完善過程主要人們對鄉(xiāng)土建筑保護的特殊性的認知決定的,同時對保護理論發(fā)展過程的梳理也反映出鄉(xiāng)土建筑的特征及保護的特殊性。鄉(xiāng)土建筑是地域環(huán)境、自然經濟、鄉(xiāng)土生活和現實需要的產物,它的價值也離不開對其特征的認知,這就決定了鄉(xiāng)土建筑保護中地域性的保護、建筑技藝、傳統(tǒng)和文化的保護,同時還要協(xié)調保護和發(fā)展的關系。 鄉(xiāng)土建筑保護模式包括就地保護模式、易地保護模式和整體保護模式；根據保護理念,可分為靜態(tài)保護論、動態(tài)保護論和有機更新論。不同的保護模式和保護理念有著不同的側重點,產生的背景和概念也不同。它們分別有著自己的特點,具有不同的適用性。 鄉(xiāng)土建筑遺產保護理論研究的體系是相當大的。本文僅對鄉(xiāng)土建筑保護理論的發(fā)展歷史和保護的理念進行了試探性的梳理和研究,希望為當代鄉(xiāng)土建筑保護理論的完善建構提供依據。
[Abstract]:As the artificial environment, condition and stage of local life, local architecture plays an important role in the Chinese native culture system as well as the carrier and element of local culture. China is a large agricultural country. As a major part of Chinese architectural heritage, there is no complete history of Chinese architecture without studying local architecture. More and more attention has been paid to the protection of local buildings, and the practice of any protection needs theoretical reference and guidance, so it is very necessary to comb and study the theory of the protection of local buildings. The main content of this thesis is combing and studying the theory of local architecture protection. Through the vertical combing of the conservation theory of local architecture, we can understand the development and perfection of the theory, and recognize the existing historical process, which is an important part of the combing and research of the conservation theory of local architecture. Many international charters, laws and regulations adopted by the international community and at home can reflect the theory of the protection of native buildings. Based on the international charter and documents, the development process of the theory of local architecture protection is divided into three stages: the early stage, the middle stage and the mature stage. The theory of local architecture protection in China is influenced by western ideas and is consistent with international development. Both at home and abroad, the development of the theory of local architecture protection has been influenced by humanism, urban diversity and the concept of sustainable development, which has promoted the continuous improvement of the theory of local architecture protection. The perfection process of the conservation theory of local architecture is mainly determined by people's cognition of the particularity of the protection of local architecture. At the same time, the combing of the development process of conservation theory also reflects the characteristics of the local architecture and the particularity of protection. Local architecture is the product of regional environment, natural economy, local life and practical needs, and its value is inseparable from the recognition of its characteristics, which determines the protection of regional nature, architectural skills, tradition and culture in the protection of local architecture. At the same time, we must coordinate the relationship between protection and development. The conservation mode of local buildings includes local conservation mode, changing land protection mode and whole conservation mode, and can be divided into static protection theory, dynamic conservation theory and organic renewal theory according to the conservation concept. Different protection models and concepts have different emphases, backgrounds and concepts. They have their own characteristics and have different applicability. The system of theoretical research on the protection of local architectural heritage is quite large. In this paper, the history of the development of the conservation theory of local architecture and the concept of protection have been tentatively combed and studied in the hope of providing the basis for the perfect construction of the contemporary theory of protection of local architecture.
