大連地區(qū)居住建筑節(jié)能設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的應(yīng)用與研究
[Abstract]:Nowadays, energy problem has become the focus of more and more attention. With the increasing proportion of building energy consumption in all social energy consumption, building energy conservation has become an important problem facing the whole construction industry. With the rapid growth of our national economy and the rapid development of urbanization in recent years, the housing industry has also developed rapidly, and the energy saving problems related to residential buildings have been paid more and more attention. This paper takes residential buildings as the research object, according to the climatic and geographical characteristics of Dalian area, according to the characteristics of energy consumption of residential buildings, combined with the requirements of "Liaoning Province Local Standard < Residential Building Energy-saving Design Standard", "DB21/T1476-2011". Considering various factors such as natural environment, geographical conditions and climate change, through energy consumption analysis of residential buildings for actual projects, from planning and design, building monomer, In this paper, the author puts forward the corresponding design methods of building energy saving in the aspects of indoor and outdoor transition space and building envelope structure, and discusses gradually how to make residential buildings meet the requirements of energy saving standards and economic rationality. At the same time, the paper puts forward the corresponding measures to solve the problems in building energy-saving design in Dalian area. To provide systematic design method and theoretical basis for architects who work in the front line of design, and strive to create modern residential buildings with regional characteristics and energy saving.
