長慶油田長榆輸氣管線焊接項目的質(zhì)量控制研究

【摘要】:項目質(zhì)量控制是項目管理的重要內(nèi)容,工程項目各項工作的質(zhì)量如何,是建設項目成敗的關鍵。工程項目質(zhì)量控制是個系統(tǒng)工程,可行性研究、勘察設計、施工、竣工驗收等環(huán)節(jié)都涉及質(zhì)量控制問題。施工階段質(zhì)量控制是工程項目全過程質(zhì)量控制的關鍵環(huán)節(jié)。施工階段質(zhì)量管理的有效性,關系到整個工程項目的最終質(zhì)量能否達到國家規(guī)范和合同的要求,關系到整個工程項目的順利完成和成本控制,工程質(zhì)量很大程度上決定于施工階段質(zhì)量控制。因此,探索研究工程項目施工階段的質(zhì)量控制措施,切實做好項目質(zhì)量控制具有重要的意義。 隨著我國石油、天然氣的消費量的迅猛增加,我國的石油天然氣管道建設迅速發(fā)展,未來數(shù)年我國管道工業(yè)將會高速的發(fā)展。在管道工業(yè)大發(fā)展的背景下,提升管道建設質(zhì)量,確保管道平穩(wěn)、高效運行,是發(fā)展的必然要求。決定管道使用壽命的三大要素分別是:管道的防腐質(zhì)量、管道的焊縫質(zhì)量、管道在沖刷地段處施工質(zhì)量,其中最關鍵的是管道焊接質(zhì)量問題。管道焊接施工是管道建設中最主要的環(huán)節(jié)之一,是影響管道工程能否滿足設計要求、能否安全服役的關鍵。因此,做好管道焊接施工的質(zhì)量控制工作尤為重要。本篇文章的著眼點在于從現(xiàn)代項目管理的角度主要分析項目管理中的質(zhì)量控制問題,闡述項目質(zhì)量控制理論,介紹我國項目質(zhì)量控制的實踐與經(jīng)驗。通過對長慶油田長榆輸氣管線焊接項目進行分析,運用全過程管理理論和工程項目質(zhì)量控制五因素理論進行具體項目的質(zhì)量控制,提出管線焊接項目質(zhì)量控制的合理性建議,探索、研究質(zhì)量控制五因素理論的具體實踐方法。建立焊接施工質(zhì)量管理體系,實行全面的質(zhì)量控制的舉措,有效提升管道焊接工程項目質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Project quality control is an important part of project management. Project quality control is a systematic engineering, feasibility study, investigation and design, construction, completion acceptance and other links are involved in quality control. Quality control in construction stage is the key link in the whole process of project quality control. The effectiveness of quality management in construction stage is related to whether the final quality of the whole project can meet the requirements of national specifications and contracts, and to the successful completion and cost control of the whole project. The quality of the project depends largely on the quality control in the construction stage. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore and study the quality control measures in the construction stage of engineering projects and to do a good job of project quality control. With the rapid increase of oil and natural gas consumption in China, the construction of oil and gas pipelines in China is developing rapidly, and the pipeline industry will develop rapidly in the next few years. Under the background of the great development of pipeline industry, it is necessary to improve the quality of pipeline construction and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of pipeline. The three factors that determine the service life of pipeline are: the quality of pipeline anticorrosion, the quality of weld seam of pipeline, the quality of construction of pipeline in scour section, among which the key problem is the quality of pipeline welding. Pipeline welding construction is one of the most important links in pipeline construction. Therefore, it is very important to control the quality of pipeline welding construction. This paper focuses on the analysis of quality control in project management from the perspective of modern project management, expounds the theory of project quality control, and introduces the practice and experience of project quality control in China. By analyzing the welding project of Changyu gas pipeline in Changqing Oilfield, applying the theory of whole process management and the five-factor theory of quality control of engineering project to carry out the quality control of the specific project, the reasonable suggestions for quality control of pipeline welding project are put forward. To explore and study the practical methods of the five factors theory of quality control. Establish welding construction quality management system, implement comprehensive quality control measures, effectively improve pipeline welding project quality.
