鋼—混凝土混合結(jié)構(gòu)在超高層建筑中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:近些年來,我國經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展,許多城市興建了大量的超高層建筑,高度多在二百米以上。傳統(tǒng)的鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)逐漸暴露出其在超高層建筑中的缺點(diǎn),如構(gòu)件截面尺寸過大,結(jié)構(gòu)自重較大等等。為解決這些問題,鋼結(jié)構(gòu)及鋼-混凝土混合結(jié)構(gòu)逐漸在超高層建筑中得到應(yīng)用,尤其以鋼-混凝土混合結(jié)構(gòu)得到了快速的發(fā)展與應(yīng)用。 本文以天津遠(yuǎn)洋大廈二期項(xiàng)目為工程實(shí)例,對鋼-混凝土混合結(jié)構(gòu)在超高層建筑中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了較為深入的分析與研究。文中對該工程的抗震設(shè)防標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和抗震性能目標(biāo)做出了詳細(xì)的分析,對結(jié)構(gòu)體系選型和結(jié)構(gòu)布置進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的介紹,采用建筑結(jié)構(gòu)空間有限元分析軟件進(jìn)行了多遇地震及設(shè)防地震作用下的結(jié)構(gòu)分析,,并且采用EPDA動力彈塑性時程分析軟件對結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了罕遇地震作用下的彈塑性驗(yàn)算。文中對該工程的抗風(fēng)設(shè)計也做出了詳細(xì)的闡述。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's economy has developed rapidly, many cities have built a large number of super-tall buildings, most of which are over 200 meters high. The traditional reinforced concrete structure gradually exposes its shortcomings in the super high-rise building, such as the section size of the members is too large, the weight of the structure is large, and so on. In order to solve these problems, steel structures and steel-concrete composite structures have been gradually applied in super-tall buildings, especially steel-concrete composite structures have been rapidly developed and applied. Taking the second phase project of Tianjin Ocean Tower as an example, the application of steel-concrete hybrid structure in super high-rise building is analyzed and studied in this paper. In this paper, the seismic fortification standard and seismic performance target of the project are analyzed in detail, and the selection and arrangement of structure system are introduced in detail. The spatial finite element analysis software of building structure is used to analyze the structure under the action of frequent earthquake and seismic fortification, and the EPDA dynamic elastoplastic time-history analysis software is used to carry out the elastic-plastic checking calculation of the structure under rare earthquake. The wind resistance design of the project is also described in detail.
