【摘要】：近年來，漳平永福積極引入臺(tái)灣生態(tài)觀光理念，發(fā)展高山生態(tài)茶園，成立了國(guó)家級(jí)漳平永福臺(tái)灣農(nóng)民創(chuàng)業(yè)園。論文在闡述生態(tài)觀光茶園規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)理論的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)漳平永福臺(tái)灣農(nóng)民創(chuàng)業(yè)園建設(shè)的高山生態(tài)茶園進(jìn)行了探討。 漳平永福臺(tái)灣農(nóng)民創(chuàng)業(yè)園建設(shè)的高山生態(tài)茶園，充分發(fā)揮閩臺(tái)兩岸優(yōu)勢(shì)資源互補(bǔ)，，進(jìn)行良好整合，形成了漳臺(tái)合作模式。論文從栽培管理模式、生產(chǎn)加工模式、宣傳營(yíng)銷模式、組織管理模式、生態(tài)觀光模式等方面，對(duì)漳臺(tái)合作模式進(jìn)行了闡述。 其次，從擁天時(shí)、占地利、得人和等方面對(duì)漳平永福高山生態(tài)觀光茶園的可行性進(jìn)行充分論證；在此基礎(chǔ)上，提出了以高山生態(tài)栽培為依托、以多元綜合型為發(fā)展模式、以地域特色為觀光主題、以可持續(xù)發(fā)展與休閑觀光為發(fā)展目標(biāo)、以配套設(shè)施和服務(wù)體系為保障以及重感恩助發(fā)展的漳平永福高山生態(tài)觀光茶園設(shè)計(jì)理念及發(fā)展模式。 此外，論文對(duì)漳平永福臺(tái)灣農(nóng)民創(chuàng)業(yè)園建設(shè)的高山生態(tài)觀光茶園存在的不足進(jìn)行了剖析，包括規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)未單獨(dú)立項(xiàng)、觀光意識(shí)和力度不強(qiáng)、茶產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)比較單一、園區(qū)茶業(yè)服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)體系不夠完善、經(jīng)紀(jì)營(yíng)銷網(wǎng)絡(luò)和營(yíng)銷多元化較弱、茶文化氛圍較弱等；在此基礎(chǔ)上，提出了今后的發(fā)展對(duì)策，包括單獨(dú)立項(xiàng)進(jìn)行規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)、增強(qiáng)茶園觀光意識(shí)和力度、優(yōu)化茶產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、加強(qiáng)園區(qū)茶業(yè)服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)的服務(wù)職能、建立強(qiáng)大的經(jīng)紀(jì)營(yíng)銷網(wǎng)絡(luò)、加強(qiáng)營(yíng)銷多元化、將漳平永福高山茶文化列入觀光主題等。
[Abstract]:In recent years, Zhangping Yongfu has actively introduced the concept of ecological tourism in Taiwan, developed the mountain ecological tea garden, and established the national Zhangping Yongfu Taiwan Peasant pioneering Park. On the basis of expounding the theory of planning and design of ecological sightseeing tea garden, this paper discusses the mountain ecological tea garden built by Yongfu Peasant pioneering Park in Zhangping. The mountain ecological tea garden built by Zhangping Yongfu Peasant pioneering Park in Taiwan, fully exerts the complementary advantages of resources between Fujian and Taiwan, carries on the good integration, and forms the Zhang-Taiwan cooperation mode. This paper expounds the cooperation mode of Zhangtai from the aspects of cultivation management mode, production and processing mode, propaganda and marketing mode, organization and management mode, ecological sightseeing mode, etc. Secondly, the feasibility of Zhangping Yongfu alpine ecological sightseeing tea garden is fully demonstrated from the aspects of supporting the sky, occupying land, obtaining people and so on. On the basis of this, it is proposed that the sustainable development and leisure tourism should be taken as the development goal, relying on the high mountain ecological cultivation, taking the pluralistic comprehensive type as the development mode, taking the regional characteristics as the sightseeing theme, and taking the sustainable development and leisure tourism as the development goals. The design concept and development model of Yongfu Mountain Eco-sightseeing Tea Garden in Zhangping is based on supporting facilities and service system. In addition, the paper analyzes the shortcomings of the mountain ecological sightseeing tea garden in Zhangping Yongfu farmers' pioneering park, including the lack of planning and design alone, the lack of tourism awareness and intensity, and the relatively simple structure of tea industry. The service system of tea industry in the park is not perfect, the marketing network and marketing diversification are weak, the atmosphere of tea culture is weak, etc. On this basis, the future development countermeasures are put forward, including the planning and design of separate projects, the enhancement of tea garden sightseeing awareness and intensity, the optimization of tea industry structure, and the strengthening of the service functions of the tea industry service organizations in the park. Establish a strong marketing network, strengthen marketing diversification, Zhangping Yongfu Alpine tea culture included in the sightseeing theme.
