寧波三江六岸濱水地區(qū)核心價(jià)值體系研究

【摘要】:進(jìn)入工業(yè)后期和后工業(yè)化時(shí)期,,“轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展、提升城市品質(zhì)、構(gòu)建城市特色、提高城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量及城市綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力”成為當(dāng)前中國(guó)城市發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵詞。實(shí)際上,在過(guò)去的半個(gè)世紀(jì)中濱水地區(qū)的重建和開(kāi)發(fā)一直是世界各國(guó)濱水城市建設(shè)的關(guān)鍵項(xiàng)目,自上世紀(jì)90年代以來(lái),國(guó)內(nèi)很多地區(qū)尤其是東中部地區(qū)城市開(kāi)始重點(diǎn)關(guān)注濱水地區(qū)的再開(kāi)發(fā),城市濱水區(qū)的開(kāi)發(fā)與設(shè)計(jì)熱潮已在中國(guó)濱水城市風(fēng)靡。 實(shí)際上,從國(guó)內(nèi)外眾多著名城市發(fā)展的歷程來(lái)看,水與城市的形成和發(fā)展一直有著不解之緣,濱水地區(qū)與城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)可比喻成“血肉”—“骨架”的整體關(guān)系,那么對(duì)于濱水地區(qū)的整體性、融合性的整體認(rèn)知實(shí)際上既是對(duì)城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)的再塑造,又是對(duì)日漸匱乏的城市特色的一種重要探索,對(duì)于城市品質(zhì)的提升及永續(xù)發(fā)展顯然具有重要價(jià)值。 寧波中心城區(qū)位于余姚江、甬江、奉化江交界處,整個(gè)城市依水而生、沿江而展。但是在工業(yè)化時(shí)期的城市發(fā)展中,濱水空間被增長(zhǎng)的城市交通、蔓延的住宅開(kāi)發(fā)和無(wú)序的工業(yè)發(fā)展破壞,帶來(lái)江城結(jié)構(gòu)不清晰、濱水地區(qū)價(jià)值降低、濱江可達(dá)性差、公共空間不連續(xù)、濱江景觀平淡等一系列問(wèn)題。本文在三江六岸濱水地區(qū)的規(guī)劃實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)這一典型濱水地區(qū)進(jìn)行“調(diào)查—分析研究—?dú)w納總結(jié)”,重在研究該濱水地區(qū)的核心價(jià)值體系,確定該地區(qū)最為關(guān)鍵性的、主導(dǎo)性的價(jià)值因素和總體發(fā)展策略,也就明確了論文研究的范圍。
[Abstract]:In the late industrial period and the post-industrialization period, "transforming and developing, improving the quality of the city, constructing the characteristic of the city, improving the quality of urbanization and the comprehensive competitiveness of the city" have become the key words of the current urban development in China. In fact, in the past half century, the reconstruction and development of waterfront areas has been the key project of waterfront city construction all over the world. Since the 1990s, Many cities in China, especially in the eastern and central regions, have begun to focus on the re-development of waterfront areas, and the development and design of urban waterfront areas have become popular in China's waterfront cities. In fact, from the history of the development of many famous cities at home and abroad, the formation and development of water and cities have always been inextricably related. The spatial structure of waterfront areas and cities can be compared to the overall relationship between "flesh and blood"-"skeleton". Well, for the integrity and integration of waterfront areas, the overall cognition of integration is in fact not only a remolding of the urban spatial structure, but also an important exploration of the increasingly scarce urban characteristics. For the promotion of urban quality and sustainable development obviously has important value. Ningbo central city is located at the junction of Yuyao River, Yongjiang River and Fenghua River. However, in the urban development of the industrialization period, the waterfront space was destroyed by the increasing urban traffic, the spreading residential development and the disorderly industrial development, which resulted in the unclear structure of the river city, the decline of the value of the waterfront area, and the poor accessibility of the riverfront. Discontinuous public space, waterfront landscape plain and a series of problems. Based on the planning practice of the waterfront area of three rivers and six banks, this paper carries on "investigation, analysis, research and summarization" to this typical waterfront area, emphasizes on the study of the core value system of the waterfront area, and determines the most important part in this area. The dominant value factor and the overall development strategy, also defined the research scope of the paper.
