用MT4090 LCR測量儀檢測水泥砂漿裂縫的試驗研究

【摘要】：以預設不同尺度裂縫的水泥砂漿塊體和無裂縫水泥砂漿塊體等3組試件為試驗研究對象,提出利用MT4090 LCR測量儀直接測試試件的復阻抗幅模z和相角φ、等效串聯(lián)電阻ESR和電容Cs,并與基于交流阻抗譜法得到的測試數(shù)據(jù)進行比較。試驗研究表明:基于交流阻抗譜法和用MT4090 LCR測量儀得到的數(shù)據(jù)非常接近,具有同樣的規(guī)律和特征;有裂縫的水泥砂漿試件的z、ESR值明顯大于無裂縫水泥砂漿試件,且隨裂縫長度增大而增大,Cs值變化規(guī)律相反,這3個參數(shù)可以作為裂縫檢測及監(jiān)測的測試參數(shù);用MT4090 LCR測量儀有望真正實現(xiàn)快速、簡便的混凝土裂縫的檢測與實時監(jiān)測;驗證了水泥砂漿試件呈現(xiàn)電容性,且容抗值相對ESR值較小。
[Abstract]:Taking three groups of specimens, such as cement mortar block and non-crack cement mortar block with different crack sizes, as experimental objects, it is proposed that the complex impedance amplitude mode z and phase angle 蠁 of the specimen be directly measured by MT4090 LCR instrument. The equivalent series resistance ESR and capacitance Cs, are compared with the measured data based on AC impedance spectroscopy. The experimental results show that the data based on AC impedance spectroscopy is very close to that obtained by MT4090 LCR, and has the same rules and characteristics. The Cs value of cement mortar specimens with cracks is obviously higher than that of non-crack cement mortar specimens, and increases with the length of cracks. The Cs values of cement mortar specimens with cracks change in reverse, and these three parameters can be used as testing parameters for crack detection and monitoring. It is hoped that the rapid and simple detection and real-time monitoring of concrete cracks can be realized by using the MT4090 LCR measuring instrument, and it is verified that the cement mortar specimen is capacitive, and the capacitance and reactance value is smaller than the ESR value.
