嘉興經(jīng)投商務(wù)大廈工程中高支模架計(jì)算分析

【摘要】:在我國(guó),建筑結(jié)構(gòu)形式正朝著大型化和復(fù)雜化方向持續(xù)發(fā)展,超限、超重、高凈空、大跨度模板支撐系統(tǒng)不斷涌現(xiàn),特別是在商業(yè)綜合體、公共建筑、高層建筑施工中,高大支模體系已十分普遍,由于扣件式鋼管支模架取材容易(鋼管、扣件同普通外架)、搭設(shè)方便、成本較低,因此扣件式鋼管支模架應(yīng)用十分普遍。 現(xiàn)階段國(guó)內(nèi)高支模架項(xiàng)目事故頻發(fā),,已成為工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目整體中高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)重要因素之一,其重要性及特殊性日益的到關(guān)注,必須通過單獨(dú)、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、科學(xué)和可靠的分析,才能得到最終滿意的效果。 本文根據(jù)嘉興經(jīng)投商務(wù)大廈工程中高支模架的實(shí)際情況,本文對(duì)高支模架進(jìn)行了實(shí)用簡(jiǎn)化計(jì)算。在計(jì)算過程中,針對(duì)高支模架各重要因素進(jìn)行分析,其中包括整體強(qiáng)度、變形、整體與局部失穩(wěn)等。在此基礎(chǔ)上,變化部分模架布置進(jìn)行了計(jì)算分析比較,以期獲得更合理的模架布置與更好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效果,計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,原計(jì)算結(jié)果仍有可以優(yōu)化的余地。最后,本文對(duì)高支模架施工質(zhì)量保證體系進(jìn)行了分析,通過實(shí)際工程順利實(shí)施,說明良好的施工保障措施是使設(shè)計(jì)的模架得以順利實(shí)施的重要因素。 本文論述的高支模架計(jì)算與方案比較及相應(yīng)施工質(zhì)量保證體系使高支模架本工程中順利實(shí)施,對(duì)其它相似工程有一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:In our country, the form of building structure is developing continuously towards the direction of large scale and complication, which is over limit, overweight, high clearance and large span formwork support system, especially in the construction of commercial complex, public building and high-rise building. It is very common to use fastener steel tube support die frame because of its easy material (steel tube, fastener and common outer frame), convenient installation and low cost. Therefore, the application of fastener type steel tube support die frame is very common. At the present stage, the frequent accidents of high support mould frame project in China have become one of the important factors of high risk in the whole project of engineering construction. Its importance and particularity are paid more and more attention to, which must be analyzed separately, rigorously, scientifically and reliably. In order to get the final satisfactory results. According to the actual situation of high support mould frame in Jiaxing Jingtuan Commercial Building, this paper makes a practical and simplified calculation of high support die frame. In the course of calculation, various important factors of high support die frame are analyzed, including overall strength, deformation, whole and local instability, etc. On this basis, the calculation and comparison of the changing part of the die frame arrangement are carried out in order to obtain more reasonable die frame arrangement and better economic effect. The calculation results show that the original calculation results still have room for optimization. Finally, this paper analyzes the construction quality assurance system of the high support formwork frame. Through the successful implementation of the actual project, it is shown that good construction guarantee measures are the important factors for the successful implementation of the design die frame. The calculation and comparison of the high support die frame and the corresponding construction quality assurance system in this paper make the high support mould frame carry out smoothly in this project, which has certain reference function to other similar projects.
