基于精明增長的集鎮(zhèn)社區(qū)規(guī)劃設(shè)計研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)農(nóng)民失去生存土地卻無法順利融入城市;當(dāng)城市化進程的加速發(fā)展與現(xiàn)有規(guī)模承載力相互矛盾,城市發(fā)展受到制約;當(dāng)城市就業(yè)危機引發(fā)大量的城鄉(xiāng)矛盾以致對社會穩(wěn)定造成威脅;當(dāng)城市人口激增引發(fā)的環(huán)境質(zhì)量下降;等等城市化進程中一系列新的城鄉(xiāng)矛盾的凸顯使人們逐漸將目光投向介于城鄉(xiāng)社區(qū)之間的集鎮(zhèn)社區(qū)。集鎮(zhèn)社區(qū)以早期的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品交易集市為核心發(fā)展而來,并在社會演變中逐漸形成多元化發(fā)展的綜合集貿(mào)區(qū)域。相對于農(nóng)村,集鎮(zhèn)社區(qū)擁有類似于城市的生活、生產(chǎn)元素得以實現(xiàn)城市現(xiàn)代生活,相對于城市,集鎮(zhèn)社區(qū)可以提供更多的就業(yè)機會和物質(zhì)生活條件,發(fā)展?jié)摿臻g大。集鎮(zhèn)社區(qū)建設(shè)對緩解城市化矛盾、實現(xiàn)城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展、解決“三農(nóng)”問題、促進社會主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)具有重要意義。對集鎮(zhèn)社區(qū)合理規(guī)劃,實現(xiàn)社區(qū)可持續(xù)健康發(fā)展將成為集鎮(zhèn)社區(qū)發(fā)揮自我價值的重要保障。 集鎮(zhèn)社區(qū)正處于發(fā)展時期,鑒于我國土地資源稀缺,,社會需求大的客觀條件,如何緊湊合理的對集鎮(zhèn)社區(qū)開發(fā)利用,克服先前大城市發(fā)展中的弊端成為首要問題。本文選取美國抑制城市蔓延發(fā)展的精明增長理論為研究指導(dǎo),對當(dāng)前集鎮(zhèn)社區(qū)的特點及發(fā)展中存在的問題作出分析,從建設(shè)“精明社區(qū)”視角下,探究集鎮(zhèn)社區(qū)規(guī)劃發(fā)展的原則和目標(biāo),并從土地利用、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、居住空間結(jié)構(gòu)組織、外部空間規(guī)劃及交通道路規(guī)劃幾方面提出規(guī)劃策略,旨在為集鎮(zhèn)社區(qū)的規(guī)劃建設(shè)提供理論指導(dǎo)和借鑒。 全文圍繞“精明”和“社區(qū)”展開分析:第1章緒論部分介紹了論文的選題背景、主要研究意義及目的,分析了精明增長、集鎮(zhèn)社區(qū)國內(nèi)外相關(guān)理論研究及實踐進展,剖析了集鎮(zhèn)社區(qū)、精明增長、可持續(xù)發(fā)展等相關(guān)概念,總結(jié)研究方法和論文框架。第2章分析了精明增長理論的產(chǎn)生背景、理論內(nèi)涵、核心策略與實踐應(yīng)用,介紹了美國DPZ在精明增長理論下對社區(qū)規(guī)劃的詳細(xì)準(zhǔn)則設(shè)計方法——精明準(zhǔn)則。第3章精明增長理念下分析我國集鎮(zhèn)社區(qū)現(xiàn)狀發(fā)展特點,規(guī)劃建設(shè)歷程及發(fā)展趨勢,強調(diào)集鎮(zhèn)社區(qū)規(guī)劃設(shè)計中對精明增長理論要有選擇的借鑒,并提出規(guī)劃設(shè)計的目標(biāo)和原則。第4章基于精明增長對我國集鎮(zhèn)社區(qū)物質(zhì)空間規(guī)劃設(shè)計研究,從土地精明利用、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、居住空間組織結(jié)構(gòu)、吸引人的外部公共空間領(lǐng)域、道路交通組織5個方面做出細(xì)致研究;诠P者廟山村場鎮(zhèn)規(guī)劃實踐項目,做出實證分析。最后總結(jié)本論文研究內(nèi)容,提出研究不足,指出今后重點研究方向。
[Abstract]:When farmers lose their land for survival but can not integrate into the city smoothly, when the accelerated development of urbanization and the current carrying capacity of scale are contradictory, the urban development is restricted. When the urban employment crisis leads to a large number of urban and rural contradictions which threaten the social stability, when the urban population surge caused by the environmental quality decline; And so on in the urbanization process a series of new urban and rural contradictions highlight, people gradually turn their attention to the town community between urban and rural communities. The community of market towns developed from the early market of agricultural products, and gradually formed a comprehensive trade area with diversified development in the process of social evolution. Compared with the countryside, the market town community has the life similar to the city, and the production elements can realize the modern city life. Compared with the city, the market town community can provide more employment opportunities and material living conditions, and the development potential space is large. Community construction in market towns is of great significance to alleviate the contradiction of urbanization, realize the overall development of urban and rural areas, solve the problems of "three rural areas" and promote the construction of new socialist countryside. Reasonable planning and sustainable and healthy development of the community will be an important guarantee for the community to play its own value. The market town community is in the development period, in view of our country land resources scarcity, the social demand big objective condition, how compactly and reasonably develops and utilizes to the market town community, overcomes the malpractice in the previous big city development becomes the primary question. Under the guidance of the shrewd growth theory of restraining urban sprawl in the United States, this paper analyzes the characteristics and problems existing in the development of the community of market towns, and from the perspective of constructing "smart community", This paper probes into the principles and objectives of community planning and development in market towns, and puts forward planning strategies from the aspects of land use, infrastructure construction, residential space structure organization, external space planning and traffic road planning. The purpose of this paper is to provide theoretical guidance and reference for the planning and construction of community in market towns. The first chapter introduces the background, significance and purpose of the thesis, and analyzes the theoretical research and practice progress of shrewd growth, community at home and abroad. The related concepts of community, smart growth and sustainable development are analyzed, and the research methods and framework are summarized. Chapter 2 analyzes the background, theoretical connotation, core strategy and practical application of the smart growth theory, and introduces the detailed design method of community planning based on the smart growth theory of American DPZ. Chapter 3 analyzes the development characteristics, planning and construction history and development trend of community in market towns under the concept of shrewd growth. It emphasizes that the theory of shrewd growth should be used for reference in community planning and design of market towns, and puts forward the objectives and principles of planning and design. Chapter 4, based on smart growth, studies material space planning and design of community in market towns in China, from land smart use, infrastructure construction, residential space organization structure, attractive external public space field. Five aspects of road traffic organization to make a detailed study. Based on the author Miaoshan Village Town Planning practice project, make an empirical analysis. Finally, this paper summarizes the research content, points out the lack of research, and points out the key research direction in the future.
