綠色建筑評價方法在工程實踐中的應用與實施效果

【摘要】:近年來,隨著我國綠色建筑行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,不少綠色建筑項目陸續(xù)竣工并已開始運營,國家和地方政府也相繼出臺了綠色建筑的激勵補貼政策,其具體實施辦法也尚需明確。但截止目前為止,人們關注點仍停留在綠色建筑設計標識階段,對綠色建筑施工及運營環(huán)節(jié)關注較少,系統(tǒng)研究綠色建筑技術落實程度、運營效果更是嚴重缺失,從而導致無法對現(xiàn)有綠色建筑技術體系和發(fā)展做出科學合理的理論依據(jù),不能很好的支持綠色建筑適宜性技術研究和各項政策制度的制定。 因此,急需對現(xiàn)有綠色建筑的技術方案、施工建設和運營效果進行全面深入的調(diào)研和評估,掌握綠色建筑的實施運營效果,為綠色建筑的激勵政策制定和健康發(fā)展提供理論依據(jù)和實踐保障。 本文基于《綠色建筑評價標準》,以實際工程研究為案例,從節(jié)地、節(jié)能、節(jié)水、節(jié)材和室內(nèi)環(huán)境品質(zhì)五大方面進行建筑設計,并采用計算機模擬和手動計算的方法從理論上對指標進行量化控制,使其達到綠色建筑設計標識二星級的要求。在建筑投入使用后對建筑的運行效果進行調(diào)研,通過建筑的能耗數(shù)據(jù)和水耗數(shù)據(jù)進行全面分析,影響建筑能耗的主要因素,對綠色建筑技術實施效果進行總體評估,分析能源消耗主要方面,,總結項目實施經(jīng)驗和教訓,從而為實現(xiàn)我國節(jié)能減排任務,落實建筑領域“四節(jié)一環(huán)!保龠M綠色建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)的健康發(fā)展,建立正確的綠色建筑技術觀,提出重要的實施建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of green building industry in China, many green building projects have been completed one after another and have started to operate. The national and local governments have also introduced incentives and subsidies for green buildings, and the specific implementation measures need to be clarified. But up to now, people still pay attention to the green building design marking stage, pay less attention to the green building construction and operation links, systematic research green building technology implementation degree, the operation effect is seriously missing. As a result, it is unable to make scientific and reasonable theoretical basis for the existing green building technology system and development, and can not support the research of green building suitability technology and the formulation of various policies and systems. Therefore, it is urgent to investigate and evaluate the technical scheme, construction and operation effect of the existing green building so as to grasp the operation effect of the green building. It provides theoretical basis and practical guarantee for green building incentive policy formulation and healthy development. Based on the Evaluation Standard of Green Building, this paper takes the actual engineering research as a case study, carries on the architectural design from five aspects: saving land, saving energy, saving water, saving materials and indoor environmental quality. The method of computer simulation and manual calculation is used to control the index in theory, so that it can meet the requirement of green building design marking two stars. After the building is put into use, the operation effect of the building is investigated, and the energy consumption data and water consumption data of the building are comprehensively analyzed, the main factors affecting the building energy consumption are analyzed, and the overall evaluation of the implementation effect of green building technology is carried out. This paper analyzes the main aspects of energy consumption, summarizes the experiences and lessons of the project implementation, so as to realize the task of energy saving and emission reduction in China, to implement the "four sections and one environmental protection" in the construction field, and to promote the healthy development of the green building industry. To establish a correct concept of green building technology, put forward important implementation suggestions.
