【摘要】：節(jié)能與環(huán)保是全球酒店關(guān)注的課題,能源消耗是衡量現(xiàn)代酒店競爭力的重要指標(biāo),作為酒店電力消耗第二大系統(tǒng)的熱水系統(tǒng)具有極大的節(jié)能空間。太陽能熱水系統(tǒng)作為一種較為成熟的建筑節(jié)能技術(shù),應(yīng)用于酒店熱水供應(yīng),可以保證熱水供應(yīng)質(zhì)量、減少酒店業(yè)經(jīng)營成本、降低酒店建筑能耗。 本文介紹了國內(nèi)外太陽能熱水利用技術(shù)的發(fā)展歷程,總結(jié)了相應(yīng)的政府激勵政策,提出在市場需求下,太陽能熱水系統(tǒng)設(shè)計應(yīng)用理論完善的重要性。 本文簡述了酒店熱水使用特點,介紹了太陽能熱水系統(tǒng)的組成及形式,結(jié)合用水特點,得出酒店適合采用集中集熱-集中供熱形式的太陽能熱水系統(tǒng)。 本文針對青島酒店管理職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院國際交流中心這一具體案例,對太陽能熱水系統(tǒng)做了詳細(xì)設(shè)計,并從理論上計算出節(jié)能效益。通過設(shè)計得到本工程集熱面積為112m2,日產(chǎn)50℃熱水10噸,采用雙水箱供水方案,每臺5噸,一臺負(fù)責(zé)蓄熱,一臺負(fù)責(zé)恒溫供水,采用電加熱作為輔助熱水,電加熱功率為45KW。通過理論計算得到本工程太陽能熱水系統(tǒng)的運行費用、耗電量及相較于天然氣鍋爐系統(tǒng)、電鍋爐系統(tǒng)、空氣源熱泵熱水系統(tǒng)的節(jié)能費用,增投資的回收期限及環(huán)保效益等。 為了分析太陽能熱水系統(tǒng)的實際節(jié)能效果,本工程配套有節(jié)能監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)。通過對數(shù)據(jù)的分析,本文得到太陽能熱水系統(tǒng)實際運行效果、實際耗電量、節(jié)能量及環(huán)保效益等節(jié)能參數(shù)。同時,本文通過對理論值與實際值得對比分析得到,通過合理的設(shè)計,太陽能熱水系統(tǒng)可以達(dá)到預(yù)期效果,節(jié)能效果顯著。 以上研究成果可為青島地區(qū)同類建筑太陽能熱水系統(tǒng)設(shè)計提供技術(shù)支持,也為太陽能熱水系統(tǒng)在其它地區(qū)的應(yīng)用提供參考。
[Abstract]:Energy conservation and environmental protection are the topics of global hotel concern. Energy consumption is an important index to measure the competitiveness of modern hotels. As the second largest system of hotel power consumption, hot water system has a great energy saving space. As a mature building energy saving technology, solar water heating system can guarantee the quality of hot water supply, reduce the operating cost of hotel industry and reduce the energy consumption of hotel building. This paper introduces the development of solar hot water utilization technology at home and abroad, summarizes the corresponding government incentive policies, and points out the importance of improving the design and application theory of solar water heating system under the market demand. In this paper, the characteristics of hotel hot water use are briefly introduced, the composition and form of solar water heating system are introduced. Combined with the characteristics of water use, it is concluded that the hotel is suitable for the solar water heating system with the form of centralized heat collection and central heating. Aiming at the case of International Exchange Center of Qingdao Hotel Management Vocational and Technical College, this paper designs the solar water heating system in detail, and calculates the energy saving benefit theoretically.
