BG公司戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:自2008年國際金融危機(jī)爆發(fā)以來,世界經(jīng)濟(jì)跌宕起伏,我國經(jīng)濟(jì)也受到了前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)。除成本、資金等因素外,我國建筑施工行業(yè)面臨項目數(shù)量激增、需求萎縮、國際競爭對手打壓的嚴(yán)峻形勢。對此,國家和各個行業(yè)及地區(qū)都在抓緊制定轉(zhuǎn)型升級戰(zhàn)略,工程建設(shè)行業(yè)也應(yīng)針對自身特點,抓住當(dāng)前有利時機(jī),培育和健全企業(yè)創(chuàng)新機(jī)制,提升能力建設(shè),重點突破制約產(chǎn)業(yè)價值鏈提升的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),以科學(xué)的戰(zhàn)略引導(dǎo)企業(yè)度過難關(guān)實現(xiàn)躍升。 本文以BG公司為研究實體,通過運(yùn)用相關(guān)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略理論知識,結(jié)合工程建設(shè)行業(yè)的基本特點進(jìn)行分析研究,旨在對工程建設(shè)行業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行深入的研究,分析BG公司發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、發(fā)展環(huán)境、優(yōu)勢劣勢機(jī)遇威脅等,得出一份結(jié)合BG公司現(xiàn)有發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、工程建設(shè)行業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略特點、BG公司已具備的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略水平的細(xì)分列表,并詳細(xì)分析各個細(xì)分內(nèi)容的特點。在此基礎(chǔ)上針對BG公司戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)及原則,對BG公司管理創(chuàng)新情況、安全管理情況、企業(yè)文化建設(shè)情況和人力資源管理情況進(jìn)行分析,制定合適的戰(zhàn)略支撐體系建設(shè)策略,并將此戰(zhàn)略支撐體系建設(shè)策略推廣到其他相關(guān)企業(yè),,為其他工程建設(shè)企業(yè)制定本企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略策略方案提供理論依據(jù)和現(xiàn)實案例。
[Abstract]:Since the international financial crisis broke out in 2008, the world economy has fluctuated and our country's economy has been confronted with unprecedented challenges. In addition to the factors of cost and capital, the construction industry of our country is faced with a severe situation of sharp increase in the number of projects, shrinking demand and international competition. In view of this, the country and various industries and regions are working hard to formulate the strategy of transformation and upgrading, and the engineering construction industry should also take advantage of its own characteristics, seize the current favorable opportunity, cultivate and improve the enterprise innovation mechanism, and upgrade its capacity building. The key link of restricting the promotion of industrial value chain is broken through, and the enterprises are guided by scientific strategy to overcome the difficulties and realize the leap. This paper takes BG Company as the research entity, through the use of relevant development strategy theory knowledge, combined with the basic characteristics of the engineering construction industry to carry on the in-depth research on the engineering construction industry development strategy. Based on the analysis of the present development situation, the development environment, the opportunities and threats of the advantages and disadvantages of BG Company, a detailed list of the development strategies of BG Company, the characteristics of the development strategy of the engineering construction industry and the level of the development strategy of the BG Company has been obtained. And detailed analysis of the characteristics of each subdivision content. On this basis, aiming at the strategic objectives and principles of BG Company, this paper analyzes the situation of management innovation, safety management, corporate culture construction and human resource management of BG Company, and formulates the appropriate strategy for the construction of strategic support system. The construction strategy of this strategic support system is extended to other related enterprises to provide theoretical basis and practical cases for other engineering construction enterprises to formulate their own strategic development strategies.
