應(yīng)對熱島效應(yīng)的深圳低碳城綠色基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施規(guī)劃策略研究

【摘要】:綠色基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施是一個集生態(tài)、景觀、游憩、文化等多種功能的空間網(wǎng)絡(luò)。它將城市中的生態(tài)和景觀要素作為一種基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施來發(fā)揮其多樣的效益和職能,從而對城市環(huán)境產(chǎn)生有利的影響。深圳國際低碳城是以低碳產(chǎn)業(yè)為核心,以降低人均和能源碳排放為目標(biāo),倡導(dǎo)低碳生產(chǎn)、低碳研發(fā)和低碳生活的城市新區(qū)。隨著國際低碳城開發(fā)建設(shè)的不斷推進(jìn),城市中吸熱下墊面的增多和工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的熱能排放將加劇城市的熱島效應(yīng)。室外溫度上升勢必帶來制冷設(shè)施能源的消耗和更多的碳排放,這都有礙于低碳城節(jié)能減排目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。針對低碳城目前和未來面臨的熱島效應(yīng)問題,綠色基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施可以利用其自然下墊面的天然屬性,發(fā)揮降溫增濕的功能以緩解城市的熱島效應(yīng),改善城市熱環(huán)境,從而降低低碳城的能源消耗和碳排放。 將城市下墊面作為研究的切入點(diǎn),在空間的層面上建立起熱島效應(yīng)與綠色基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施之間的聯(lián)系,主要包括綠化覆蓋率、空間布局、個體面積與形態(tài)四個方面。在明確了分析對象的基礎(chǔ)上,對低碳城現(xiàn)有綠色基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施資源的組成、分布和規(guī)模進(jìn)行整理,并運(yùn)用實(shí)地測量、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計、分類比較等方法對其綠色基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的綠化覆蓋率、布局、面積、形狀指數(shù)進(jìn)行現(xiàn)狀分析,總結(jié)現(xiàn)存問題,并利用Phoenics軟件對初步方案進(jìn)行模擬,并比較模擬結(jié)果。 綜合現(xiàn)狀和模擬結(jié)果,以及綠色基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施在生態(tài)、景觀和娛樂休閑等多方面的功能,,提出國際低碳城的綠色基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施規(guī)劃策略:增加建成區(qū)內(nèi)綠化面積,采用楔形—環(huán)狀的復(fù)合式布局,控制社區(qū)公園面積在3公頃以上,提高要素的形狀指數(shù),構(gòu)建綠色基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施生態(tài)網(wǎng)絡(luò)等。并以研究得出的規(guī)劃策略作為標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對現(xiàn)有的國際低碳城規(guī)劃方案提出引導(dǎo)和修改意見。
[Abstract]:Green infrastructure is a space network with ecological, landscape, recreational, cultural and other functions. It takes the ecological and landscape elements of the city as a kind of infrastructure to play its various benefits and functions, thus has a beneficial impact on the urban environment. Shenzhen International low carbon City is a new urban area with low carbon industry as its core, low per capita and energy carbon emissions as its goal, low carbon production, low carbon R & D and low carbon living. With the development and construction of the international low-carbon city, the heat island effect will be aggravated by the increase of the heat absorption underlay in the city and the heat emission from the industrial production. The rise in outdoor temperature will inevitably lead to energy consumption and more carbon emissions in refrigeration facilities, which will hinder the realization of the low-carbon city's energy saving and emission reduction targets. In view of the current and future heat island effects faced by low-carbon cities, green infrastructure can take advantage of the natural properties of its natural underlying surface to play the role of cooling and humidifying in order to alleviate the heat island effect of cities and improve the urban thermal environment. Thus reducing energy consumption and carbon emissions in low-carbon cities. Taking the urban underlying surface as the starting point of the research, the relationship between the heat island effect and the green infrastructure is established on the spatial level, which mainly includes four aspects: the green coverage rate, the spatial layout, the individual area and the form. On the basis of clear analysis object, the composition, distribution and scale of existing green infrastructure resources in low-carbon city are sorted out, and the greening coverage of green infrastructure in low-carbon city is obtained by using field measurement, data statistics, classification and comparison, etc. The present situation of layout, area and shape index is analyzed, and the existing problems are summarized. The preliminary scheme is simulated by Phoenics software, and the simulation results are compared. Synthesizing the present situation and simulation results, as well as the functions of green infrastructure in ecology, landscape, recreation and other aspects, the green infrastructure planning strategy of international low-carbon city is put forward: to increase the green area of the built area, By using wedge-ring compound layout, the area of community park is controlled to be more than 3 hectares, the shape index of elements is improved, and the ecological network of green infrastructure is constructed. Based on the study of the planning strategy as a standard, the existing international low-carbon city planning plan guidance and modification.
