土壤中微生物防滲封堵技術(shù)的試驗研究

【摘要】:向土體中灌注營養(yǎng)液可生成新的化合物,由此降低土體的滲透系數(shù),以達到防滲封堵的效果.在實驗室中向粉土和回填土中灌注馬鈴薯液,土壤的滲透性均有顯著降低:粉土的滲透系數(shù)降低了95%,回填土的滲透系數(shù)降低了88%.試驗在低于20℃的環(huán)境下進行,但微生物仍能保持足夠的活性,可達到封堵效果.向出現(xiàn)滲漏的地下車庫墻外回填土內(nèi)灌注馬鈴薯液,回填土的滲透系數(shù)降低了95%.現(xiàn)場試驗氣溫達到30℃,更有利于微生物的生長和繁殖,封堵時間短,效果更好.
