上海某深基坑支護(hù)工程設(shè)計、監(jiān)測與數(shù)值模擬

【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)和改革開放所取得的驕人成績,國民經(jīng)濟(jì)也高速增長,各種大中型建設(shè)項目如雨后春筍般蓬勃興起。地基與基礎(chǔ)工程作為建筑領(lǐng)域的前期和基礎(chǔ)性工作,經(jīng)過了無數(shù)科技工作者進(jìn)行理論上的探討和研究,從勘察、設(shè)計、施工到監(jiān)測均已達(dá)到一個全新的水平,工程質(zhì)量、安全、工期均得以優(yōu)化。但由于我國地域遼闊,地質(zhì)復(fù)雜、分布廣泛,施工素質(zhì)、技術(shù)參差不齊,在工程實踐中,仍然存在不少問題,特別是安全問題更加讓人民群眾的生命處在不利邊緣。因此,如何在已有的理論基礎(chǔ)上能夠安全、經(jīng)濟(jì)地進(jìn)行施工已擺在施工建設(shè)者面前。 本文針對上海新建工業(yè)廠房及輔助用房(北塊)工程,根據(jù)場地地質(zhì)條件、基坑支護(hù)設(shè)計方案和基坑圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計資料,制定基坑開挖過程中針對基坑開挖的現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測方案;娱_挖過程中,監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)表明,基坑開挖引起的基坑圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)及周圍土體的位移滿足基坑開挖的安全性要求。通過對監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)及有限元計算結(jié)果的分析,結(jié)合基坑支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)安全控制要求,得到如下結(jié)論: (1)根據(jù)本工程特點,詳細(xì)計算了選定的支護(hù)體系的設(shè)計、穩(wěn)定性計算; (2)通過勘察報告及相關(guān)參數(shù)采用MIDAS軟件對基坑進(jìn)行模擬分析,,分析確定選定的方案的安全性; (3)利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的監(jiān)測點對施工過程進(jìn)行信息化監(jiān)測,確保工程安全、有序進(jìn)行; (4)通過模擬數(shù)據(jù)與監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)科學(xué)對比來確定軟件分析對施工指導(dǎo)的實際意義,為類似工程提供參考依據(jù)。 通過與現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)的對比分析,基坑開挖對周邊環(huán)境的安全性造成了一定的影響,但在控制范圍之內(nèi)。數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果與現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測規(guī)律上保持一致,驗證了有限元數(shù)值模擬的合理性。
[Abstract]:With the remarkable achievements in economic construction and reform and opening up in China, the national economy is also growing at a high speed, and a variety of large and medium-sized construction projects are springing up like bamboo shoots. As a preliminary and basic work in the field of construction, the foundation and foundation engineering has reached a completely new level in terms of investigation, design, construction and monitoring after numerous scientific and technological workers have carried out theoretical discussions and studies, and the engineering quality and safety have been reached. The time limit is optimized. However, due to the vast territory, complex geology, wide distribution, construction quality and uneven technology, there are still many problems in engineering practice, especially the safety problems make the people's lives at the disadvantage of the edge. Therefore, how to carry out the construction safely and economically on the basis of the existing theory has been placed in front of the constructors. Based on the new industrial workshop and auxiliary building (North block) engineering in Shanghai, according to the geological conditions of the site, the design plan of foundation pit support and the design data of foundation pit enclosure structure, the field monitoring scheme for foundation pit excavation during the excavation process is established in this paper. During the excavation of foundation pit, the monitoring data show that the displacement of the surrounding soil and the surrounding soil can meet the safety requirements of the excavation. Through the analysis of monitoring data and finite element calculation results, combined with the safety control requirements of foundation pit support structure, the following conclusions are obtained: (1) according to the characteristics of this project, the design and stability calculation of the selected supporting system is calculated in detail; (2) simulating and analyzing the foundation pit with MIDAS software through the survey report and related parameters, analyzing and determining the security of the selected scheme, (3) using the network monitoring points to monitor the construction process with information, (4) through the scientific comparison of simulation data and monitoring data to determine the practical significance of software analysis to construction guidance and provide reference for similar projects. Comparing with the field monitoring data, the excavation of foundation pit has a certain influence on the security of the surrounding environment, but it is within the control range. The numerical simulation results are consistent with the field monitoring rules, and the rationality of finite element numerical simulation is verified.
