【摘要】：近年來,隨著人們的生活水平的不斷提高,在休假時(shí)更多人選擇外出旅游的方式來享受生活。針對(duì)休閑旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展需要,本項(xiàng)目對(duì)長(zhǎng)沙板倉(cāng)鎮(zhèn)慧潤(rùn)休閑農(nóng)莊進(jìn)行了景觀設(shè)計(jì)。 本項(xiàng)目的景觀設(shè)計(jì)采用了文獻(xiàn)研究法、案例分析借鑒法、實(shí)地調(diào)研法等研究方法,在參考和探討了代表性的農(nóng)業(yè)莊園景觀設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)長(zhǎng)沙板倉(cāng)鎮(zhèn)慧潤(rùn)農(nóng)莊進(jìn)行了實(shí)地調(diào)研,系統(tǒng)地分析了板倉(cāng)鎮(zhèn)慧潤(rùn)農(nóng)莊的自然條件和資源現(xiàn)狀,分別從功能分區(qū)、地形設(shè)計(jì)、道路設(shè)計(jì)、植物種植設(shè)計(jì)、建筑與小品設(shè)計(jì)等方面對(duì)慧潤(rùn)農(nóng)莊進(jìn)行了景觀設(shè)計(jì)。 主要設(shè)計(jì)成果包括： (1)在功能分區(qū)上將莊園劃分為入口景觀區(qū)、綜合休閑區(qū)、濱水景觀區(qū)、經(jīng)濟(jì)防風(fēng)林區(qū)、農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)區(qū)以及濱水游樂區(qū),突出了其休閑娛樂、景觀觀賞和農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的功能。 (2)在地形設(shè)計(jì)上以生態(tài)性原則為指導(dǎo),盡量保留原有地形以及自然地貌,減少土方工程量,組織排水路線,修復(fù)受損駁岸,介入生物多樣性的觀點(diǎn),依照原有地形起伏塑造坡地和洼地,為生物創(chuàng)造有利的生存空間。 (3)道路設(shè)計(jì)在原有交通系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行道路優(yōu)化,組織游覽路線,用生態(tài)型鋪裝材料鋪設(shè)園路,綜合線性、尺度、密度、岔路、坡度各方面因素設(shè)計(jì)園路。 (4)植物配置上強(qiáng)調(diào)農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)型植物為主體,在面上突出生產(chǎn)功能,在線上突出觀賞功能,在點(diǎn)上突出休閑功能,構(gòu)建了景觀豐富、經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)用的多層次復(fù)合植物群落。 (5)建筑與小品設(shè)計(jì)力求與休閑農(nóng)業(yè)莊園總體設(shè)計(jì)格局相協(xié)調(diào),分別進(jìn)行了建筑風(fēng)格設(shè)計(jì)、建筑周邊景觀設(shè)計(jì)、照明設(shè)計(jì)、創(chuàng)意小品設(shè)計(jì)。 長(zhǎng)沙板倉(cāng)鎮(zhèn)慧潤(rùn)休閑農(nóng)莊的景觀設(shè)計(jì)注重于塑造自然景觀、修復(fù)生態(tài)環(huán)境、改進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)模式、提煉鄉(xiāng)土文化,達(dá)到提高休閑農(nóng)業(yè)莊園的社會(huì)效益、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益與生態(tài)效益的目的。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the improvement of people's living standard, more and more people choose to travel to enjoy their life. According to the development needs of leisure tourism, this project has carried on the landscape design to the Huilun leisure farm in Bancang town, Changsha. The landscape design of this project adopts the methods of literature research, case analysis, field investigation and so on. Based on the reference and discussion of the representative agricultural manor landscape design experience, Based on the field investigation of Huirun Farm in Bancang Town, Changsha, the natural conditions and resource status of Huirun Farm in Bancang Town are systematically analyzed, including functional zoning, terrain design, road design, plant planting design, etc. The landscape design of Huilun Farm is carried out in the aspects of architecture and sketch design. The main design results are as follows: (1) the manor is divided into entrance landscape area, comprehensive leisure area, waterfront landscape area, economic windbreak forest area, agricultural production area and waterfront recreation area, which highlights its leisure and entertainment. Landscape viewing and agricultural production functions. (2) under the guidance of ecological principle in topographic design, the original terrain and natural landform should be preserved as far as possible, the amount of earthwork should be reduced, the drainage route should be organized, the damaged barge should be repaired, and the viewpoint of biological diversity should be involved. Create slopes and depressions according to the original topography to create favorable living space for organisms. (3) on the basis of the original traffic system, the road design is optimized, the tour route is organized, the garden road is paved with ecological paving materials, and the garden road is designed according to the factors of linearity, scale, density, bifurcation and slope. (4) in plant configuration, the agricultural economic plant is the main body, the production function is prominent on the surface, the ornamental function is prominent on the line, and the leisure function is prominent in the point. The multi-level complex plant community with rich landscape and economic and practical application is constructed. (5) Architectural design and sketch design make every effort to coordinate with the overall design pattern of leisure agriculture manor. The architectural style design, architecture surrounding landscape design, lighting design and creative sketch design are carried out respectively. The landscape design of Huilun leisure farm in Bancang town of Changsha pays attention to shaping the natural landscape, repairing the ecological environment, improving the agricultural production mode, refining the local culture, and achieving the social benefit of the leisure agricultural estate.
