復雜地層盾構(gòu)刀具磨損控制技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:摘要:復雜地層土壓平衡盾構(gòu)長距離掘進一直是國內(nèi)外的難題。在這種地層施工,盾構(gòu)刀具磨耗嚴重,容易破損、脫落。掘進中一旦出現(xiàn)這類情況,將導致刀盤扭矩上升,盾構(gòu)推進困難,甚至無法施工,被迫開艙換刀。因此,研究如何減少復雜地層中刀具磨損是盾構(gòu)掘進技術(shù)的重點難點。本文在詳細調(diào)研國內(nèi)外相關(guān)理論研究成果和工程實例的基礎(chǔ)上,以北京地下鐵路直徑線和某地鐵一號線為工程背景,利用現(xiàn)場量測、理論分析及數(shù)值模擬等手段從機械與土壤兩方面入手,對復雜地層條件下土壓平衡盾構(gòu)掘進刀具磨損的問題進行了研究,取得了下列研究成果: (1)系統(tǒng)分析了各種刀具的工作原理,及其磨損原因和影響因素。研究了刀盤、刀具形式及刀具的排列布置與各種土層的適用關(guān)系。在此基礎(chǔ)上得出了適應砂卵石地層及硬巖地層的土壓平衡盾構(gòu)應選擇的刀盤形式及刀具布置方式。 (2)通過對砂卵石地層中的滾刀磨損分析,提出了減小刀具磨損的相應措施。并對刀盤磨損損傷規(guī)律進行了深入分析,評價了改造后刀具配置方案的效果。通過大量的現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)進行嚴密的統(tǒng)計、分析計算,并結(jié)合施工實踐,得出適應于砂卵石地層盾構(gòu)掘進的參數(shù)設(shè)置以及刀具的幾何參數(shù)。 (3)通過在硬巖地層中刀具磨損進行量測以及掘進數(shù)據(jù)分析,得出掘進參數(shù)刀具磨損的相互關(guān)系。并根據(jù)實際掘進情況,提出了刀盤刀具的改進方案,并根據(jù)新的刀盤刀具配置,給出了相應的施工掘進參數(shù)作為參考以及掘進過程中相應的刀具處理措施。 (4)通過PFC2D離散元軟件,建立了盾構(gòu)先行刀和刮刀刀具組合與前方土體相互作用的數(shù)值模型,模擬分析了先行刀侵入前方土體后刮刀刮出耕松部分的過程。通過不同高差,不同間距配比,得出在無水砂卵石地層中,地層適應率較好的刀具配置形式。
[Abstract]:Abstract: long-distance tunneling of earth pressure balance shield in complex strata has always been a difficult problem at home and abroad. In this formation construction, shield cutting tool wear, easy to damage, shedding. Once this happens in tunneling, the torque of the cutter head will rise, the shield driving is difficult, even can not be constructed, forced to open the tank to change the knife. Therefore, how to reduce tool wear in complex strata is the key point of shield tunneling technology. On the basis of detailed investigation of relevant theoretical research results and engineering examples at home and abroad, this paper takes the diameter line of Beijing underground railway and a subway line 1 as the engineering background and makes use of the field measurement. By means of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, the wear of shield tunneling tool under the condition of complex stratum is studied from two aspects: mechanical and soil. The main results are as follows: (1) the working principle, wear reasons and influencing factors of various cutters are systematically analyzed. The relationship between cutter head, tool form and arrangement of cutting tool and various soil layers is studied. On the basis of this, the cutting head form and tool arrangement mode of earth pressure balance shield machine suitable for sand pebble formation and hard rock stratum are obtained. (2) through the analysis of hob wear in sand pebble formation, The corresponding measures to reduce tool wear are put forward. The wear damage law of cutter head is analyzed, and the effect of tool configuration after modification is evaluated. Through a large number of on-site monitoring data for rigorous statistics, analysis and calculation, and combined with construction practice, The parameters of shield tunneling and the geometric parameters of cutting tools are obtained. (3) through the measurement of tool wear in hard rock strata and the analysis of tunneling data, the relationship between tool wear and tool wear is obtained. According to the actual driving situation, the improvement scheme of cutter head tool is put forward, and according to the new tool configuration of cutter head, The corresponding construction tunneling parameters are given as the reference and the corresponding cutting tool treatment measures in the tunneling process are given. (4) through the PFC2D discrete element software, A numerical model of the interaction between the advance cutter and the scraper tool combination of shield machine and the soil in front is established, and the process of scraping out the loose part of the soil after the advance knife invades the soil is simulated and analyzed. According to the difference of height and the ratio of different spacing, the tool configuration with better formation adaptability is obtained in the dry sand and pebble formation.
