城市供水管網(wǎng)安全管理系統(tǒng)的研究

【摘要】:水與人類生活、生產(chǎn)息息相關(guān),供水管網(wǎng)是城市建設(shè)中最重要的基礎(chǔ)性設(shè)施。供水功能的優(yōu)劣決定著城市未來(lái)的發(fā)展。然而隨著城市規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大,舊城區(qū)供水管網(wǎng)老化,供水系統(tǒng)越來(lái)越大,越來(lái)越復(fù)雜,給供水企業(yè)管理帶來(lái)很多困難。管網(wǎng)漏損一直是供水企業(yè)難以解決的問題,特別是漏損中的爆管問題,事先不容易預(yù)測(cè),一旦發(fā)生爆管事故不但造成水資源的浪費(fèi),而且會(huì)極大影響人們的正常生活、生產(chǎn)作業(yè)。供水企業(yè)的目標(biāo)正是保證自來(lái)水水質(zhì)優(yōu)良、水量足夠的輸送至用戶。目前,國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)供水管網(wǎng)的研究主要集中在測(cè)壓點(diǎn)優(yōu)化布置、管網(wǎng)信息管理、漏損爆管原因、檢漏措施及爆管后的事故處理,而對(duì)于爆管機(jī)理、爆管臨界狀態(tài)、管道安全評(píng)價(jià)、爆管預(yù)警系統(tǒng)的研究很少。本文旨在通過(guò)對(duì)供水管網(wǎng)歷史爆管事故統(tǒng)計(jì)資料的分析,從中發(fā)現(xiàn)供水管網(wǎng)爆管事故內(nèi)在規(guī)律,建立供水管網(wǎng)水利模型,根據(jù)測(cè)壓點(diǎn)反饋的壓力信息模擬管網(wǎng)實(shí)時(shí)運(yùn)行狀況,尋找供水管網(wǎng)的安全評(píng)價(jià)方法,從而得到供水管網(wǎng)的安全評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,之后將供水管網(wǎng)安全評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果通過(guò)CAD平臺(tái)直觀顯示,以顏色區(qū)分供水管網(wǎng)的安全程度。方便供水企業(yè)管理人員對(duì)供水管網(wǎng)維護(hù)、更換管道以及采取緊急措施。具體做法為:(1)對(duì)造成供水管網(wǎng)爆管事故的原因(靜態(tài)因素、動(dòng)態(tài)因素)進(jìn)行分析,分析爆管機(jī)理,總結(jié)爆管規(guī)律;(2)本次研究引進(jìn)模糊數(shù)學(xué)對(duì)供水管網(wǎng)進(jìn)行安全評(píng)價(jià),對(duì)各單因子分別賦予分值,采用因子權(quán)重法確定各因子占爆管因素的比例。(3)根據(jù)供水管網(wǎng)壓力監(jiān)測(cè)點(diǎn)反饋的壓力信息,采用批次平差原理,建立管網(wǎng)水利模型,模擬管網(wǎng)實(shí)時(shí)運(yùn)行狀況,并通過(guò)測(cè)壓點(diǎn)壓力對(duì)供水管網(wǎng)模型精度進(jìn)行校核。(4)可視化研究:采用VB程序語(yǔ)言對(duì)CAD二次開發(fā),將供水管網(wǎng)安全評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果導(dǎo)入CAD平臺(tái)并顯示。
[Abstract]:Water is closely related to human life and production. Water supply network is the most important basic facility in urban construction. The function of water supply determines the future development of the city. However, with the expansion of the city scale and the aging of the old urban water supply network, the water supply system is becoming larger and more complex, which brings a lot of difficulties to the management of water supply enterprises. Pipe network leakage has always been a difficult problem for water supply enterprises to solve, especially the pipe burst in leakage. It is not easy to predict in advance. Once a pipe burst accident occurs, it will not only cause waste of water resources, but also greatly affect people's normal life. Production operation. The goal of water supply enterprises is to ensure that the tap water quality is good enough to be transported to users. At present, the domestic research on water supply network mainly focuses on the optimal arrangement of pressure measuring points, pipe network information management, the causes of leakage and burst, leak detection measures and the treatment of accidents after the pipe burst. However, for the mechanism of pipe burst, the critical state of pipe burst, the safety evaluation of pipeline, There is little research on early warning system of tube burst. The purpose of this paper is to find out the inherent law of pipe burst accident in water supply network by analyzing the statistical data of pipe burst accident in history of water supply network, to establish water conservancy model of water supply network, and to simulate the real-time operation of pipe network according to pressure information feedback from pressure measuring point. The safety evaluation method of water supply network is found, and the safety evaluation result of water supply network is obtained. After that, the safety evaluation result of water supply network is displayed intuitively through CAD platform, and the safety degree of water supply network is distinguished by color. It is convenient for water supply management to maintain, replace and take emergency measures on water supply network. The specific measures are as follows: (1) the causes (static factor, dynamic factor) of pipe burst accident in water supply network are analyzed, the mechanism of pipe burst is analyzed, and the rule of pipe burst is summarized; (2) the safety evaluation of water supply network is carried out by introducing fuzzy mathematics. The factor weight method is used to determine the proportion of each factor to the pipe burst factor. (3) according to the pressure information feedback from the pressure monitoring point of the water supply network, the water conservancy model of the pipe network is established by adopting the principle of batch adjustment. The real-time operation of the water supply network is simulated, and the accuracy of the water supply network model is checked by pressure measurement. (4) Visual research: the second development of CAD is carried out by using VB program language, and the safety evaluation results of the water supply network are imported into the CAD platform and displayed.
