【摘要】：本文基于文獻(xiàn)依據(jù)綜述了國內(nèi)外生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)和觀光農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展概況以及經(jīng)驗與啟示；提出并探討了“江南水鄉(xiāng)觀光生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)園”的概念,可表述為基于江南水鄉(xiāng)大背景,在一定的空間或地域范圍內(nèi),以生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)為基礎(chǔ),把生產(chǎn)和觀光結(jié)合在一起,實現(xiàn)生態(tài)、經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會三大效益共同發(fā)展的具有水鄉(xiāng)特色的農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)。選取了三個相關(guān)案例一一陽澄湖現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)園、溱湖濕地農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)園以及河橫生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)科技示范園,對其區(qū)位、規(guī)模、生態(tài)技術(shù)模式、主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)類型、旅游功能類型和農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)情況進(jìn)行了總結(jié)與比較分析,構(gòu)建了包括園區(qū)建設(shè)條件與要素分析、規(guī)劃設(shè)計原則制定、園區(qū)發(fā)展定位提煉、分區(qū)布局與項目安排以及包括交通、水利水系、綠化種植、旅游及生產(chǎn)設(shè)施、生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)與工程體系以及經(jīng)營模式等專項規(guī)劃內(nèi)容的“江南水鄉(xiāng)觀光生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)園”規(guī)劃建設(shè)模式。 實證研究了“常熟辛莊江南水鄉(xiāng)觀光生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)園”的規(guī)劃與設(shè)計,圖文并茂闡述了項目概況與條件、規(guī)劃依據(jù),規(guī)劃原則、思路、目標(biāo)和功能分區(qū),將項目區(qū)分為果基魚塘示范園、高效漁業(yè)示范園、江南水鄉(xiāng)觀光園的“一區(qū)三園”的空間架構(gòu),完成了園區(qū)道路交通、水利水系、生態(tài)綠化、景觀體系、旅游服務(wù)設(shè)施、生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)與工程體系等專項規(guī)劃設(shè)計,提出了園區(qū)管理經(jīng)營和經(jīng)濟(jì)分析。
[Abstract]:Based on the literature, this paper summarizes the development situation, experience and enlightenment of ecological agriculture and sightseeing agriculture at home and abroad, and puts forward and discusses the concept of "sightseeing Ecological Agriculture Park in Jiangnan Water Township", which can be expressed as the background of Jiangnan Waterside. In a certain space or region, based on ecological agriculture, combining production with sightseeing, the agricultural park with the characteristics of water countryside can be developed together with ecological, economic and social benefits. Three related cases, Yangcheng Lake Modern Agricultural Industrial Park, Qinthu Wetland Agricultural Ecological Park and Heheng Ecological Agricultural Science and Technology demonstration Park, are selected. The location, scale, ecological technology model and leading industry types are analyzed. The tourism function types and agricultural production conditions are summarized and analyzed, including the construction conditions and elements analysis, planning and design principles, park development positioning, zoning layout and project arrangements and including transportation. Water conservancy water system, green planting, tourism and production facilities, eco-agricultural technology and engineering system, and management model of the "Jiangnan Water Village sightseeing Ecological Agriculture Park" planning and construction model. This paper empirically studies the planning and design of the "sightseeing Eco-agricultural Park in the South Yangtze River of Xinzhuang, Changshu", and illustrates the general situation and conditions of the project, the planning basis, the planning principle, the train of thought, the goal and the functional zoning. The project is divided into four parts: Guoji Fish Pond demonstration Garden, High efficiency Fishery demonstration Garden, the "one District and three Gardens" space structure of the Jiangnan Water Village sightseeing Park. The park has completed the road traffic, water conservancy system, ecological greening, landscape system, and tourism service facilities in the park. The paper puts forward the management and economic analysis of the park.
