【摘要】：鋼材的加工配送作為一種新型的營(yíng)銷(xiāo)服務(wù)模式,最早出現(xiàn)在歐美等鋼鐵工業(yè)比較發(fā)達(dá)的國(guó)家,是鋼鐵工業(yè)由傳統(tǒng)的原料供應(yīng)商向綜合服務(wù)商轉(zhuǎn)化的重要表現(xiàn),是現(xiàn)代鋼鐵業(yè)新型營(yíng)銷(xiāo)的重要手段。它較好地解決了鋼鐵重工業(yè)的集約化、大規(guī)模生產(chǎn)與市場(chǎng)日益增長(zhǎng)的終端客戶差異化個(gè)性需求的矛盾,應(yīng)當(dāng)說(shuō)鋼材加工配送是鋼鐵市場(chǎng)逐步發(fā)展成熟,產(chǎn)業(yè)精細(xì)化發(fā)展的一個(gè)普遍需求�；谏鲜銮闆r,國(guó)內(nèi)外各大鋼廠均在大力發(fā)展鋼材加工配送中心項(xiàng)目的建設(shè),以求獲取降低供應(yīng)鏈成本、做長(zhǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈、提高市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、滿足和穩(wěn)定銷(xiāo)售渠道等積極作用。SG冷軋公司是SG搬遷調(diào)整建設(shè)的精品冷軋高端用鋼生產(chǎn)基地,定位生產(chǎn)高端家電板及汽車(chē)板。目前冷軋公司的剪切加工能力無(wú)法滿足公司對(duì)發(fā)展高端汽車(chē)用戶的需求。因此,根據(jù)SG冷軋公司客戶發(fā)展需要及汽車(chē)板材營(yíng)銷(xiāo)特點(diǎn),SG總公司決定在華中地區(qū)與SL集團(tuán)合資建設(shè)SGSL鋼材加工配送中心。為配套SL汽車(chē)集團(tuán)建設(shè)的汽車(chē)生產(chǎn)線進(jìn)度,本項(xiàng)目嚴(yán)格采用現(xiàn)代項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理理論進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目建設(shè)實(shí)際管理,確保加工中心項(xiàng)目建設(shè)周期。本文論述了項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理理論在SGSL鋼材加工配送中心項(xiàng)目建設(shè)中的應(yīng)用,剖析了項(xiàng)目在建設(shè)過(guò)程中存在的有關(guān)進(jìn)度的難點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。通過(guò)運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理理論對(duì)SGSL鋼材加工配送中心項(xiàng)目采取的一系列進(jìn)度控制措施進(jìn)行了分析研究,提出了進(jìn)一步完善進(jìn)度的管理方法,以確保各個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)任務(wù)的順利完成,在計(jì)劃工期內(nèi)建成鋼材加工配送中心,生產(chǎn)出符合用戶要求的高端汽車(chē)用板材成品。長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)來(lái)看將項(xiàng)目管理理論和方法應(yīng)用于鋼材加工配送中心建設(shè)管理研究中,推動(dòng)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的順利進(jìn)行,已成為鋼鐵行業(yè)加工配送中心建設(shè)研究的一個(gè)重要方向。該項(xiàng)目定會(huì)為未來(lái)的鋼材加工配送中心建設(shè)創(chuàng)新管理積累豐富的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:As a new type of marketing service mode, the processing and distribution of steel products first appeared in the developed countries such as Europe and America, and it is an important manifestation of the transformation of steel industry from traditional raw material suppliers to integrated service providers. Is the modern steel industry new marketing means. It has solved the contradiction between intensive iron and steel industry, large-scale production and the differentiated personality demand of the growing end customers in the market. It should be said that steel processing and distribution is the gradual development and maturity of the iron and steel market. A general demand for fine industrial development. Based on the above situation, the major steel plants at home and abroad are vigorously developing the construction of steel processing and distribution center projects in order to reduce the supply chain cost, lengthen the industrial chain, and improve the market competitiveness. Satisfied and stable sales channels. SG Cold Rolling Co., Ltd. is a high quality cold rolling high end steel production base for SG relocation and adjustment, positioning the production of high-end home appliances and automobile plates. At present, the shearing ability of cold rolling company can not meet the demand of developing high-end automobile customers. Therefore, according to the customer development needs of SG cold rolling company and the characteristics of automobile sheet marketing, SG Corporation decided to build a SGSL steel processing and distribution center in Huazhong region jointly with SL Group. In order to complete the progress of the automobile production line built by SL Automobile Group, the project strictly adopts the modern project schedule management theory to carry out the practical management of the project construction to ensure the construction cycle of the processing center project. This paper discusses the application of project schedule management theory in the construction of SGSL steel processing and distribution center project, and analyzes the difficult problems existing in the construction process of the project. By using the modern project schedule management theory, this paper analyzes and studies a series of progress control measures taken by the SGSL steel processing and distribution center project, and puts forward a method to further improve the schedule management to ensure the smooth completion of the tasks of each node. Build the steel processing and distribution center within the planned period, and produce the high-end automobile sheet products according to the customer's requirements. In the long run, the application of project management theory and method to the construction and management of steel processing distribution center has become an important direction in the construction of steel processing distribution center. This project will accumulate rich practical experience for the future steel processing distribution center construction innovation management.
