【摘要】：中國的汽車行業(yè)目前正處在高速發(fā)展時期,汽車物流作為汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)生產(chǎn)與發(fā)展的關鍵環(huán)節(jié),因其涉及方面多、影響范圍大等特點對城市規(guī)劃與城市用地的布局產(chǎn)生著重要的影響。經(jīng)濟的高速發(fā)展與不斷提高的城市化進程,都急需城市用地布局的優(yōu)化調(diào)整來與之相適應,長春市作為一汽集團的總部和主要制造基地,素有汽車城的美譽,汽車物流作為重要的城市內(nèi)部功能之一,需要在城市空間的拓展的同時進行積極的調(diào)整。 本論文通過對長春市用地構成、用地增長、用地發(fā)展模式、土地利用效益及空間形態(tài)與結(jié)構的解析,與對汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)物流的運輸狀況、結(jié)點布局現(xiàn)狀、汽車物流通道建設現(xiàn)狀、汽車行業(yè)的構成以及行業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢等的研究,歸納總結(jié)長春市汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)物流及周邊物流用地存在的問題及其原因。最后,采用相關的預測方法,預測長春市汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)物流的物流需求,進而分析長春市汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)物流的用地布局選址方式,為長春市汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)物流用地提出了具體的空間布局對策。 論文從區(qū)域空間對策、近域空間對策、物流結(jié)點對策、物流通道對策與配套監(jiān)管設施對策五方面提出了長春市汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)物流用地的空間發(fā)展對策,并提出了城市門戶區(qū)域“快進快出”、整車物流向城市外轉(zhuǎn)移、零部件物流準時制模式、汽車物流配套服務區(qū)、運輸方式多元化、完善監(jiān)管設施的具體實施措施,為長春市汽車物流用地的空間布局提供子建設指引。
[Abstract]:The automobile industry in China is now in a period of rapid development. As a key link in the production and development of the automobile industry, automobile logistics involves many aspects. The characteristics of large range of influence have an important influence on urban planning and the layout of urban land. With the rapid development of economy and the increasing process of urbanization, the optimization of urban land layout is urgently needed to adapt to it. Changchun, as the headquarters and main manufacturing base of FAW Group, has the reputation of automobile city. As one of the important functions of the city, automobile logistics needs to be adjusted actively while expanding the urban space. This paper analyzes the composition of land use, land use growth, land use development model, land use benefit, spatial form and structure, and the transportation status of automobile industry logistics, the status of node layout, the current situation of automobile logistics channel construction. In this paper, the composition of automobile industry and the development trend of automobile industry are studied, and the problems and reasons of Changchun automobile industry logistics and its surrounding logistics land are summarized. Finally, the logistics demand of Changchun automobile industry logistics is forecasted by using the relevant forecasting method, and then the land layout and location mode of Changchun automobile industry logistics is analyzed. Put forward the concrete space layout countermeasure for Changchun automobile industry logistics land. The paper puts forward the space development countermeasure of Changchun automobile industry logistics land from five aspects: regional space countermeasure, near area space countermeasure, logistics node countermeasure, logistics channel countermeasure and supporting supervision facility countermeasure. The paper also puts forward the concrete implementation measures of "fast entry and exit" in the city portal area, the transfer of the whole vehicle logistics to the outside of the city, the punctual model of the spare parts logistics, the supporting service area of the automobile logistics, the diversification of the transportation mode, and the improvement of the supervision and control facilities. For Changchun automobile logistics land space layout to provide sub-construction guidance.
