基于GPRS的電梯遠程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計
[Abstract]:As a vertical vehicle in people's daily life, elevators are closely related to people's lives. Nowadays, the use of elevators is becoming more and more frequent with the increasing number of high-rise buildings. In recent years, the elevator accidents frequently, so the elevator safety monitoring has become the most important part of the elevator industry, the elevator monitoring and management research has become an important topic. On the basis of the remote elevator monitoring technology, this paper combines the GPRS network technology, which is already perfect at present, to make the GPRS network as the medium for transmitting information. Data collected from elevators are transmitted via the GPRS network to or received orders from the data monitoring center. The system is mainly composed of three parts, elevator data acquisition terminal, data transmission module and data monitoring center. The data acquisition terminal sends the elevator data information to the data transmission module, the single chip microcomputer analyzes the data and sends it out through the GPRS module, and the data center receives the data after analyzing and processing. And display on the interface to facilitate user monitoring at any time. The flow of data transmission is that the data is transmitted to the data acquisition module through the CAN bus, the acquisition module receives the CAN data after conversion processing, the data is transmitted to the GPRS transmission module through the serial port of the single chip microcomputer, and the transmission module sends specific instructions to the GPRS module. Make the module receive data, connect to the network and send the data out. The content of this paper includes the overall scheme design of the system, the hardware circuit design and software design of data acquisition module and GPRS transmission module, the research and test of data monitoring center management software. The whole research and design process of elevator monitoring system is introduced in detail.
