北京城市空間高密度發(fā)展態(tài)勢下的公共交通發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略對策與建議研究

【摘要】:改革開放以來,我國經(jīng)濟保持了高速、持續(xù)增長。伴隨著經(jīng)濟的不斷增長,我國城市化的進程不斷加快,大量人口從鄉(xiāng)村流向城市,使得城市人口規(guī)模不斷擴大,在土地資源有限的情況下,我國許多城市在城市空間的發(fā)展上,都采取了高密度發(fā)展的模式。作為國際大都市的北京,在其城市空間的發(fā)展方面,也實行高密度、立體化、緊湊式的開發(fā),這種特征在中心城區(qū)表現(xiàn)得尤為明顯。北京城市空間的高密度發(fā)展,給城市的發(fā)展注入一股強勁的動力,但也迫使其面對高密度發(fā)展引發(fā)的土地過度開發(fā)、人口高度集聚、職住分離等城市問題。而作為成為城市空間高密度、緊湊發(fā)展的重要驅(qū)動因素的城市交通,在疏解北京城市面臨的問題時,卻未能發(fā)揮應有的作用,F(xiàn)有的研究并未對城市空間高密度發(fā)展的程度在數(shù)量上進行定量研究,因此本文運用相關模型計算方法對北京城市空間高密度發(fā)展程度進行數(shù)值測算,然后運用統(tǒng)計學模型計算公共交通對北京城市空間高密度形成的驅(qū)動作用。測算結(jié)果表明在2004-2011年期間,北京城市空間高密度發(fā)展程度在數(shù)值上不斷上升,表明城市空間高密度水平發(fā)展不斷加深;但公共交通對城市空間高密度發(fā)展的驅(qū)動作用并不明顯,反映出北京在實際發(fā)展中沒有做到“高密度發(fā)展,交通先導”。之后在分析北京城市空間高密度發(fā)展面臨的問題及城市公共交通疏解“問題”功能不足的基礎上,借鑒香港城市高密度發(fā)展中城市交通發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗;最后根據(jù)北京的現(xiàn)實情況,分別對城市空間高密度發(fā)展、城市空間高密度發(fā)展態(tài)勢下公共交通發(fā)展分別提出對策建議。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's economy has maintained a high-speed, sustained growth. With the continuous growth of economy, the process of urbanization in our country is speeding up, a large number of people flow from the countryside to the city, which makes the scale of urban population expand constantly. Under the condition of limited land resources, many cities in our country are developing in urban space. Both have adopted the pattern of high density development. As an international metropolis, Beijing also implements high-density, three-dimensional and compact development in the development of its urban space, which is especially evident in the central urban area. The high-density development of urban space in Beijing injects a strong impetus to the development of the city, but it also forces it to face the problems of overdevelopment of land, high concentration of population, separation of occupation and residence, and so on. However, as an important driving factor of high density and compact development of urban space, urban transportation has failed to play its due role in solving the problems that Beijing city is facing. The present research has not carried on the quantitative research to the urban spatial high density development degree, therefore this article uses the correlation model computation method to carry on the numerical calculation to the Beijing city spatial high density development degree. Then, the driving effect of public transportation on the formation of high density of urban space in Beijing is calculated by using statistical model. The results show that in the period 2004-2011, the degree of urban spatial high-density development in Beijing has been rising numerically, indicating that the development of urban spatial high-density level is deepening, but the driving effect of public transport on urban spatial high-density development is not obvious. Reflects Beijing in the actual development did not achieve "high density development, traffic forerunner." Then, on the basis of analyzing the problems faced by the development of high density urban space in Beijing and the insufficient function of urban public transport, the author draws lessons from the experience of urban transportation development in Hong Kong's urban high-density development. Finally, according to the reality of Beijing, The countermeasures and suggestions for the development of public transportation under the situation of urban spatial high density development and urban spatial high density development are put forward respectively.
