一種帶中間換熱器的雙熱源高溫熱泵系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:為了提高工業(yè)高溫熱泵系統(tǒng)的熱力性能,實現(xiàn)對工業(yè)低溫余熱的高效綜合回收,提出了一種帶中間換熱器的雙熱源高溫熱泵系統(tǒng)。第一級熱泵以CO2為工質、以空氣為熱源,在超臨界狀態(tài)下將冷水加熱到中間溫度。第二級熱泵以R152a(二氟乙烷)作為工質,從工業(yè)余熱源吸收熱量,將用水加熱到所需的高溫,并且在中間換熱器中將CO2加熱到過熱狀態(tài)。對該雙熱源熱泵系統(tǒng)進行熱力學分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)給定R152a在中間換熱器溫降的情況下,CO2存在最大的過熱度,使得整個系統(tǒng)達到最佳運行工況。以回收50℃廢水余熱為例與單熱源熱泵進行比較,平均供水量是后者的兩倍多,單位質量熱水的耗功量減少43.2%,性能系數和火用效率分別平均提高41.9%和23.96%。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the thermal performance of industrial high temperature heat pump system and realize the efficient and comprehensive recovery of industrial low temperature waste heat, a double heat source high temperature heat pump system with intermediate heat exchanger is proposed. The first stage heat pump uses CO2 as working medium and air as heat source to heat cold water to intermediate temperature in supercritical state. The second stage heat pump takes R152a (difluoroethane) as working medium, absorbs heat from industrial surplus heat source, heats water to the desired high temperature, and heats CO2 to overheating state in intermediate heat exchanger. The thermodynamic analysis of the dual heat source heat pump system shows that the maximum superheat exists in the case of the temperature drop of the intermediate heat exchanger, which makes the whole system achieve the best operating condition.
