【摘要】：當(dāng)前，我國旅游業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展，5A級風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)作為旅游資源的精華和中華民族的瑰寶占有重要地位，研究構(gòu)建5A級風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)景觀價(jià)值評價(jià)的方法，科學(xué)的保護(hù)自然資源和名勝古跡，保持景區(qū)景觀生態(tài)的平衡與和諧發(fā)展，可持續(xù)的利用和開發(fā)景觀資源，具有一定的理論價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義。本文針對119處5A級風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)的景觀價(jià)值評價(jià)，從119處5A級風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)的分類、評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系、評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的建立、綜合評價(jià)模型的構(gòu)建、119處5A級風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)景觀價(jià)值的分類評價(jià)、評價(jià)結(jié)果的分析及圖形制作等方面，全面進(jìn)行研究。論文采用理論分析、定性分析與定量評價(jià)結(jié)合的方法、GIS空間分析技術(shù)等，其主要研究成果如下： （1）分析119處5A級風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)景觀資源的主導(dǎo)價(jià)值，將其分為科學(xué)價(jià)值主導(dǎo)型5A級風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)、古跡文化價(jià)值主導(dǎo)型5A級風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)、觀光價(jià)值主導(dǎo)型5A級風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)三類。根據(jù)風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)景觀價(jià)值評價(jià)的內(nèi)容、評價(jià)依據(jù)，提出相應(yīng)的評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 （2）針對各5A級風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)的景觀研究、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，通過對文獻(xiàn)資料、原始材料的收集整理以及相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的研究分析，參考國內(nèi)外景觀評價(jià)的成果，運(yùn)用景觀自然及人文生態(tài)學(xué)原理，結(jié)合專家咨詢，以及風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)景觀資源和特色、景區(qū)開發(fā)利用狀況、當(dāng)?shù)厣鐣?jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展，以指標(biāo)選取原則為指導(dǎo)，選取了4個(gè)準(zhǔn)則層，7個(gè)一級指標(biāo)，22個(gè)二級指標(biāo)，建立了5A級風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)景觀價(jià)值評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。 （3）利用模糊數(shù)學(xué)理論，運(yùn)用層次分析法，確定不同指標(biāo)相對權(quán)重，結(jié)合加權(quán)分析法，構(gòu)建了多目標(biāo)多層次的綜合評價(jià)模型。對5A級風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)的景觀資源進(jìn)行定性的分析，通過綜合評價(jià)模型將其量化為數(shù)學(xué)計(jì)算，定性分析與定量評價(jià)相結(jié)合，，形成了科學(xué)、完整的風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)景觀價(jià)值評價(jià)理論體系。 （4）基于景觀價(jià)值評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系、綜合評價(jià)模型，計(jì)算119處5A級風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)的景觀價(jià)值綜合評分；將綜合評分劃分為91-92分值段、92-93分值段、93-94分值段、94-95分值段、95-96分值段、96-97分值段、97-98分值段、98-99分值段、99-100分值段9個(gè)等級，運(yùn)用地理信息系統(tǒng)GIS技術(shù)，繪制出5A級風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)景點(diǎn)分布圖、地理分布圖；通過對評價(jià)結(jié)果的分析及圖形制作，繪制出5A級風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)景觀價(jià)值分布圖及分類分布圖。該理論體系及模型可廣泛應(yīng)用于我國其它景區(qū)的景觀價(jià)值評價(jià)，所得結(jié)論可供旅游景區(qū)的景觀規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)、景觀資源的合理開發(fā)、可持續(xù)利用及保護(hù)等工作參考，并具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。研究成果具有一定的實(shí)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:At present, as the essence of tourism resources and the treasure of the Chinese nation, the tourism industry of our country is developing vigorously. As the essence of tourism resources and the treasure of the Chinese nation, the tourism industry of our country occupies an important position. This paper studies the methods to evaluate the landscape value of the scenic spots of class 5A. Scientific protection of natural resources and scenic sites, maintaining the balance and harmonious development of landscape ecology, sustainable use and development of landscape resources, has certain theoretical value and practical significance. Based on the evaluation of landscape value of 119 scenic spots of Grade 5A, this paper discusses the classification, evaluation index system and the establishment of evaluation criteria of 119 scenic spots of Grade 5A. The construction of comprehensive evaluation model for 119 scenic spots of grade 5A classified evaluation of landscape value evaluation results analysis and graphic production aspects of the overall study. This paper adopts the methods of theoretical analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluation, etc. The main research results are as follows: (1) analyzing the dominant value of the landscape resources of 119 5A scenic spots. It can be divided into scientific value dominant 5A scenic spot, historic and cultural value dominant 5A scenic spot and sightseeing value dominant 5A scenic spot. According to the content and evaluation basis of landscape value evaluation of scenic spots, the corresponding evaluation criteria are put forward. (2) according to the landscape research and development status of each 5A scenic spot, through the literature, The collection and arrangement of raw materials and the research and analysis of related data, referring to the results of landscape evaluation at home and abroad, applying the principles of landscape nature and humanistic ecology, combining with expert consultation, as well as landscape resources and characteristics of scenic spots, The development and utilization of scenic spots and the local social and economic development, guided by the principle of selecting indicators, selected 4 criteria, 7 first-level indicators and 22 second-level indicators. The evaluation index system of landscape value of 5A scenic spot is established. (3) by using fuzzy mathematics theory and analytic hierarchy process, the relative weights of different indexes are determined, and the weighted analysis method is combined. A multi-objective and multi-level comprehensive evaluation model is constructed. Through the qualitative analysis of landscape resources of 5A scenic spot, the comprehensive evaluation model quantifies it into mathematical calculation, and combines qualitative analysis with quantitative evaluation, forming a scientific method. (4) based on the evaluation index system of landscape value and comprehensive evaluation model, the comprehensive score of landscape value of 119 scenic spots of 5A grade is calculated. The comprehensive score is divided into 91-92 points and 92-93 score points, Ku93-94 score points, Ku95-96 score points, Ku96-97 score points, Ku98-99 score points and 99-100 points, and the distribution map of scenic spots of grade 5A is drawn by using GIS technology of geographic information system, and the distribution of scenic spots in scenic spots of grade 5A is plotted by means of the GIS technique, and the distribution of scenic spots in scenic spots of grade 5A is plotted by the use of GIS technology, and the distribution of scenic spots of the scenic spots of grade 5A is plotted by the use of GIS technology. Through the analysis of the evaluation results and the making of the graph, the landscape value distribution map and the classification distribution map of the 5A grade scenic spot are drawn. The theoretical system and model can be widely used in the evaluation of landscape value of other scenic spots in China. The conclusions can be used as reference for landscape planning and design, rational exploitation of landscape resources, sustainable utilization and protection of tourist attractions. And has certain guiding significance. The research results have certain practical value.
