【摘要】：近年來(lái)鎮(zhèn)江城市在鐵路快速發(fā)展的拉動(dòng)下進(jìn)入快速發(fā)展階段，鐵路這一大型基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的建設(shè)不僅加快了城市間的交流與聯(lián)系，同時(shí)也帶動(dòng)了樞紐地區(qū)的城市發(fā)展，對(duì)區(qū)域發(fā)展和城市形態(tài)也產(chǎn)生了巨大的影響。根據(jù)國(guó)家十二五規(guī)劃，即將要修建的連淮揚(yáng)鎮(zhèn)鐵路，使鎮(zhèn)江成為蘇南輻射蘇北的橋頭堡，其建設(shè)必然也會(huì)對(duì)鎮(zhèn)江城市發(fā)展帶來(lái)深遠(yuǎn)的影響。 本文分三個(gè)層面進(jìn)行了研究：第一部分宏觀層面，包含文章第二章與第三章，鎮(zhèn)江應(yīng)加速城市轉(zhuǎn)型塑造服務(wù)型區(qū)域中心城市，加強(qiáng)縱向聯(lián)系奠定樞紐地區(qū)，加強(qiáng)區(qū)域聯(lián)系積極融入長(zhǎng)三角和南京都市圈；第二部分中觀層面，包含文章第四章與第五章，找準(zhǔn)鎮(zhèn)江在區(qū)域中的角色和定位，城市空間形態(tài)的進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化，激發(fā)城市活力，避免城市發(fā)展南北游移；第三部分微觀層面，包含文章第六章，，研究三山地區(qū)發(fā)展可能，在三山樞紐的帶動(dòng)下，功能結(jié)構(gòu)不斷完善，最后形成網(wǎng)絡(luò)完善、與城市已有功能片區(qū)相融合的新城區(qū)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of railway, Zhenjiang city has entered the stage of rapid development. The construction of railway, a large-scale infrastructure, not only speeds up the exchanges and contacts among cities, but also promotes the urban development of the pivotal areas. It also has a great impact on regional development and urban form. According to the 12th Five-Year Plan, the Lianhuaiyang Town Railway, which will soon be built, will make Zhenjiang a bridgehead for the southern Jiangsu and northern Jiangsu, and its construction will inevitably have a far-reaching impact on the urban development of Zhenjiang. This paper is divided into three levels: the first part of the macro level, including the second and third chapters of the article, Zhenjiang should accelerate the transformation of the city to shape the service-oriented regional center city, strengthen the vertical link to lay the hinge area, The second part of the middle level, including the fourth and fifth chapters, find out the role and orientation of Zhenjiang in the region, the further optimization of the urban spatial form, and stimulate the urban vitality, the second part is to strengthen the regional links and actively integrate into the Yangtze River Delta and Nanjing Metropolitan area, the second part of which includes the fourth and fifth chapters of the article. The third part of the micro level, including the sixth chapter of the article, the study of the development of the Sanshan region, led by the Sanshan Hub, the functional structure is constantly improved, and finally formed a network perfect, A new urban area that is integrated with the existing functional areas of the city.
