臨港經(jīng)濟區(qū)(中區(qū))雨水系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:近幾年我國經(jīng)濟不斷發(fā)展,城市化速度不斷加快,市政基礎設施的建設節(jié)奏逐漸顯現(xiàn)出滯后的問題,,城市與自然之間的平衡逐漸被打破,尤其是雨季城市內(nèi)澇的問題變得日益突出。為解決城市內(nèi)澇問題,各城市逐漸將雨水系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃和優(yōu)化提升工作提上了日程,從而進一步指導城市雨水系統(tǒng)的建設與提升改造、城市水系的利用與整治等相關工作,為提高城市綜合競爭力,建設成為現(xiàn)代化的生態(tài)城市奠定基礎。 隨著國家大力推進濱海新區(qū)的開發(fā)開放,作為濱海新區(qū)九大功能區(qū)之一的臨港經(jīng)濟區(qū),承載著將天津市建成國際港口城市、生態(tài)城市和北方經(jīng)濟中心的重任,是濱海新區(qū)建設成為我國北方國際航運中心和國際物流中心的重要載體。臨港經(jīng)濟區(qū)規(guī)劃建設集裝備制造產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)、港區(qū)、物流區(qū)和生活配套服務區(qū)等幾大功能,通過圍海造陸,建成后將成為擁有200平方公里陸域、70公里生產(chǎn)生活岸線的重要港區(qū)。 隨著開發(fā)建設規(guī)模的不斷擴大,臨港經(jīng)濟區(qū)(中區(qū))招商工作已取得巨大進展,建設完善的雨水系統(tǒng)、布設較合理的雨水設施不僅是區(qū)域開發(fā)的需要,同時也能為招商引資創(chuàng)造良好的配套條件。因此,尋求適合區(qū)域發(fā)展的雨水排放系統(tǒng)是區(qū)域建設初期亟需研究和解決的問題。本文在搜集和參考大量實際資料的基礎上,重點就區(qū)域的雨水排放模式開展研究工作,對單一雨水管網(wǎng)排放和管網(wǎng)與河道結合排放兩種不同的模式的概念、特點、現(xiàn)狀、優(yōu)劣勢等方面進行了深入分析,并結合臨港經(jīng)濟區(qū)(中區(qū))的自然條件、規(guī)劃原則、用地現(xiàn)狀等情況,規(guī)劃設計了無河道系統(tǒng)和有河道系統(tǒng)兩種方案,從環(huán)境、效率、經(jīng)濟等方面進行對比分析工作。經(jīng)研究,本文認為在臨港經(jīng)濟區(qū)(中區(qū))采取修建河道的排水方案比無河道的方案更具優(yōu)勢,對整個區(qū)域的雨水系統(tǒng)建設具有重要的指導意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the economy of our country has been developing continuously, the speed of urbanization has been quickening, the construction rhythm of municipal infrastructure has gradually appeared the problem of lagging behind, the balance between city and nature has been gradually broken. In particular, the problem of urban waterlogging has become increasingly prominent in the rainy season. In order to solve the problem of urban waterlogging, cities gradually put the planning and optimization of Rain Water system on the agenda, thus further guiding the construction and upgrading of urban Rain Water system, the utilization and renovation of urban water system, and so on. In order to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the city, building into a modern ecological city laid the foundation. As the country vigorously promotes the development and opening up of Binhai New area, as one of the nine major functional areas of Binhai New area, the coastal economic zone is carrying the important task of turning Tianjin into an international port city, an ecological city and an economic center in the north. Binhai New area has become an important carrier of international shipping center and international logistics center in northern China. The planning and construction of the coastal economic zone includes equipment manufacturing industrial district, port area, logistics area and supporting service area, etc. By reclaiming the sea and making land, it will become an important port area with 200 square kilometers of land area, 70 kilometers of production and life shoreline. With the continuous expansion of the scale of development and construction, great progress has been made in the work of attracting investment in the coastal economic zone (Central region). It is not only the need of regional development to build a perfect Rain Water system, but also to set up more reasonable Rain Water facilities. At the same time can also attract investment to create good supporting conditions. Therefore, it is urgent to study and solve the problem of Rain Water emission system which is suitable for regional development in the early stage of regional construction. On the basis of collecting and referring to a large number of practical data, this paper focuses on the research work on the Rain Water discharge mode in the region, and discusses the concept, characteristics and present situation of the two different modes of discharge of single rainwater pipe network and pipe network combined with river discharge. The advantages and disadvantages are analyzed in depth, and combined with the natural conditions, planning principles and the present situation of land use in the coastal economic zone (Central area), two schemes, no channel system and river channel system, are planned and designed in terms of environment and efficiency. Economic and other aspects of comparative analysis. Based on the research, this paper thinks that the drainage scheme of river course in the coastal economic zone (central area) is more advantageous than the scheme without river channel, and it has important guiding significance for the construction of Rain Water system in the whole region.
