【摘要】：工業(yè)建筑是現(xiàn)代建筑發(fā)展的先驅(qū)，隨著現(xiàn)代建筑設(shè)計(jì)的探索逐漸深入，表皮設(shè)計(jì)成為建筑設(shè)計(jì)中的一個(gè)備受關(guān)注的主題。公共建筑表皮的實(shí)踐已有較長(zhǎng)時(shí)間的經(jīng)驗(yàn)積累，理論研究也已達(dá)到一定學(xué)術(shù)高度。但新的時(shí)代背景下，對(duì)工業(yè)建筑外表皮的研究還較為少見(jiàn)和系統(tǒng)。本文擬在已有實(shí)踐項(xiàng)目——珠海特區(qū)報(bào)社數(shù)字印刷基地的基礎(chǔ)上，針對(duì)工業(yè)建筑的特質(zhì)對(duì)其外表皮進(jìn)行深入研究，尋求工業(yè)建筑藝術(shù)美機(jī)器制造美器制造美的創(chuàng)造性表達(dá)。 形式追隨功能，形式與功能的和諧統(tǒng)一這一辯證的邏輯關(guān)系是現(xiàn)代工業(yè)建筑外表皮設(shè)計(jì)的主要依據(jù)。由功能創(chuàng)造的藝術(shù)需求才是合乎邏輯的起點(diǎn)。現(xiàn)代工業(yè)建筑最主要的目的是為生產(chǎn)服務(wù),其造型很大程度上取決于生產(chǎn)工藝流程,建筑外形顯示著生產(chǎn)秩序性,具有明確的邏輯性。并且與其它建筑類(lèi)型相比，工業(yè)建筑最能反映建筑的功能真實(shí)性。因此工藝生產(chǎn)是影響工業(yè)建筑外表皮設(shè)計(jì)的第一要素。 筆者以國(guó)內(nèi)外已有的相關(guān)研究為理論依據(jù)，結(jié)合大量實(shí)例，，總結(jié)歸納出影響現(xiàn)代工業(yè)建筑外表皮設(shè)計(jì)的七個(gè)主要的因素：工藝生產(chǎn)、環(huán)境融合、防污染、節(jié)能低碳減排、審美需求、經(jīng)濟(jì)合理和文化。并且探究出了基于現(xiàn)代生產(chǎn)工藝特征下的工業(yè)建筑外表皮設(shè)計(jì)策略，包括工藝的展現(xiàn)和隱喻；材料的選擇與建構(gòu)；高技的表達(dá)與構(gòu)成；生態(tài)的要求與融合；文化的引入和識(shí)別；簡(jiǎn)約的風(fēng)格與形式；色彩的搭配與呈現(xiàn)。從而建立起現(xiàn)代工業(yè)建筑表皮設(shè)計(jì)的一個(gè)框架性的方法和原則。
[Abstract]:Industrial architecture is the pioneer of the development of modern architecture. With the exploration of modern architectural design, epidermis design has become a subject of great concern in architectural design. The practice of public building epidermis has been accumulated for a long time, and the theoretical research has reached a certain academic height. However, under the background of the new era, the research on the outer skin of industrial buildings is relatively rare and systematic. On the basis of the digital printing base of Zhuhai Special Economic Zone newspaper, this paper intends to make a deep research on the exterior skin of industrial architecture in view of its characteristics, and to seek the creative expression of the beauty of industrial architecture art and machine manufacture. The dialectical logical relation of form following function, the harmony of form and function is the main basis of outer skin design of modern industrial building. The artistic demand created by function is the logical starting point. The main purpose of modern industrial buildings is to serve production. The shape of modern industrial buildings depends on the production process to a great extent. The building appearance shows the production order and has clear logic. And compared with other architectural types, industrial buildings can best reflect the functional authenticity of buildings. Therefore, process production is the first factor that affects the design of outer skin of industrial buildings. Based on the relevant research at home and abroad, combined with a large number of examples, the author summed up seven main factors that affect the outer skin design of modern industrial buildings: process production, environmental integration, pollution prevention, energy saving and low carbon emission reduction. Aesthetic demand, economic rationality and culture. And explored the design strategy of outer surface of industrial building based on the characteristics of modern production technology, including the display and metaphor of technology, the selection and construction of materials, the expression and composition of high technology, the requirement and integration of ecology, the introduction and identification of culture; Simple style and form; collocation and presentation of colors. Thus, a frame method and principle for the design of modern industrial building epidermis is established.
