【摘要】：我國(guó)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展使得建筑行業(yè)也得到了快速的進(jìn)步，但是，，我國(guó)的建筑市場(chǎng)發(fā)展還很不完善，存在諸多問題，重點(diǎn)表現(xiàn)在建設(shè)工程合同管理方面。 本文通過對(duì)我國(guó)建筑市場(chǎng)上的對(duì)于工程合同管理的現(xiàn)實(shí)情況作了較為細(xì)致地表述，對(duì)其相關(guān)的理論依據(jù)及其建設(shè)合同管理存在的問題及解決對(duì)策等幾方面進(jìn)行了分析、探討。 本文闡述了建設(shè)工程總承包（EPC）模式的全面的合同管理理論。其中該理論包含了關(guān)于合同的策劃及招標(biāo)環(huán)節(jié)的管理，關(guān)于合同的控制管理及工程變更管理等內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了論述。 本文通過過程實(shí)例，并將案例與相關(guān)理論結(jié)合，對(duì)建設(shè)工程總承包（EPC）模式合同管理的體系建設(shè)和合同管理的具體實(shí)施進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析，希望能夠?yàn)檫M(jìn)一步規(guī)范、完善建設(shè)工程總承包（EPC）模式在對(duì)于合同的管理上起到一定意義上參考的作用。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of China's market economy has made rapid progress in the construction industry. However, the development of China's construction market is still very imperfect, and there are many problems. The focus is on the contract management of construction engineering.
This paper makes a detailed description of the actual situation of the engineering contract management in China's construction market, and analyses the related theoretical basis and the existing problems and solutions for the construction contract management.
This paper expounds the comprehensive contract management theory of the construction project general contracting (EPC) model, which includes the planning of the contract and the management of the tendering link, the control management of the contract and the management of the engineering change.
Through an example of the process and combining the case with the relevant theories, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the construction of the contract management system and the specific implementation of the contract management in the EPC model. It is hoped that it can be used as a reference for further standardization and improvement of the construction project general contracting (EPC) model in the management of the contract. Use.
