精細(xì)化管理在施工項目中的應(yīng)用
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy, some contradictions and problems are more prominent in the domestic economic operation, and the survival and development of construction enterprises are facing more new challenges and opportunities. As far as Chinese construction enterprises are concerned, high production cost, high output value, low profit, large input and small output have become one of the main contradictions in the rapid development of construction enterprises. Therefore, it is imperative for construction enterprises to carry out project fine management and push forward production cost reduction and efficiency increase. Only by carrying out the project meticulous management can we continuously pursue the benefit maximization and realize the good and fast development of the enterprise. Fine management refers to the system management method which takes fine operation as the basic characteristic, improves the staff quality, overcomes the inertia, controls the enterprise drip leakage, strengthens the link cooperation management, thus enhances the enterprise overall benefit. It is a kind of management mode which is characterized by fine operation, focusing on quantification, performance, execution and result. It is also a kind of management culture which is different from extensive management. Fine management is the simplification of complex things; the flow of simple things; the quantification of things by flow; the standardization of things by quantification. For construction enterprises, meticulous management is to aim at and grasp every detail of the whole process from undertaking to completion of the project, carefully planning and optimizing the allocation of resources, so as to obtain the maximum profit under the sun with as little investment as possible. To reduce the cost of an increase in the coverage of the entire staff, the whole process, all-round system work. This paper introduces the theory of fine project management in the world today, introduces the possibility of carrying out the construction project and the conditions it should possess, and points out that the leaders of the fine enterprise in carrying out the project construction must be creative, reformed and coordinated. The consciousness of system management; smooth business process system as cooperation; emphasis on planning first; and put forward a strong executive ability is the key point of fine implementation: poor implementation responsibility lies in the superior, execution is not in place, management is not in place, Execution discount is weak control. Finally, by introducing concrete examples, the paper studies the application of fine management theory to the construction management of engineering projects. Because the enterprise is more representative in the construction industry, so, The conclusion of the study can be used for reference in the construction management of the whole construction system. The research shows that as long as we change the traditional thinking mode and traditional idea in people's minds, we should fully realize the degree of influence of project fine management on the realization of enterprise objectives, and fully apply the development achievements of modern science and technology. According to the actual situation of the internal and external environment of the enterprise, the flexible use of the fine management theory, timely innovation and improvement of the project management can ensure that the enterprise can obtain a large profit from it and enhance its competitive power.
