基于模糊PID的變風(fēng)量單體空調(diào)控制器研究

【摘要】:智能建筑在中國(guó)已成為建筑市場(chǎng)的大趨勢(shì),空調(diào)系統(tǒng)是樓宇自動(dòng)化的一個(gè)重要部分。智能建筑的設(shè)計(jì)原則就是要以人為本,就是要為人們提供一個(gè)舒適的生活和工作環(huán)境,而這一功能主要是通過(guò)空調(diào)及其控制系統(tǒng)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)的,空調(diào)系統(tǒng)也是整個(gè)建筑最主要的耗能系統(tǒng)。近年以來(lái),變風(fēng)量空調(diào)系統(tǒng)由于具有節(jié)能等優(yōu)點(diǎn)得到了很大的發(fā)展。變風(fēng)量系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行工況是隨時(shí)會(huì)發(fā)生變化的,它必須憑借自動(dòng)控制才能保證整個(gè)空調(diào)系統(tǒng)最基本的要求,這其中包括:適宜的室內(nèi)溫度、足夠量的新鮮空氣、良好的氣流組織、以及正常的室內(nèi)壓力。這其中機(jī)組的變風(fēng)量控制中就包含了送風(fēng)機(jī)的控制、回風(fēng)機(jī)控制、以及新風(fēng)量控制等諸多環(huán)節(jié)。由此可知,變風(fēng)量空調(diào)系統(tǒng)以及控制系統(tǒng)是緊密結(jié)合、不可分割的。由于房間內(nèi)溫度、濕度、二氧化碳濃度之間存在著復(fù)雜的非線性關(guān)系,傳統(tǒng)控制方法很難實(shí)現(xiàn)實(shí)時(shí)預(yù)測(cè)與控制,模糊PID則有著很大優(yōu)勢(shì)。本文基于工程實(shí)際,在研究變風(fēng)量空調(diào)系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上提出一種基于模糊PID的變風(fēng)量單體空調(diào)控制器,使設(shè)備的實(shí)際輸出及時(shí)地追蹤負(fù)荷的變化,并應(yīng)用智能控制方法對(duì)單個(gè)空調(diào)房間的變風(fēng)量部分進(jìn)行研究,從而使空調(diào)系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行取得節(jié)能、經(jīng)濟(jì)的效果。研究結(jié)果適用于既有項(xiàng)目的改擴(kuò)建工程,或者總體面積不大的新建工程。
[Abstract]:Intelligent building in China has become a major trend in the construction market, air conditioning system is an important part of building automation. The design principle of intelligent building is to be people-oriented and to provide people with a comfortable living and working environment, and this function is mainly realized through air conditioning and its control system. Air conditioning system is also the main energy consumption system of the whole building. In recent years, VAV air conditioning system has been greatly developed because of its advantages of energy saving and so on. The operation condition of VAV system will change at any time. It must rely on automatic control to ensure the most basic requirements of the whole air conditioning system. These include: suitable indoor temperature, enough fresh air, good airflow organization, And normal indoor pressure. The variable air volume control of the unit includes the control of the fan, the control of the return fan and the control of the fresh air volume. Therefore, VAV air conditioning system and control system are closely integrated and indivisible. Because of the complex nonlinear relationship among the temperature, humidity and carbon dioxide concentration in the room, the traditional control method is difficult to realize real-time prediction and control, and fuzzy PID has a great advantage. Based on the engineering practice, this paper presents a variable air volume air conditioning controller based on fuzzy PID, which makes the actual output of the equipment track the change of load in time. The variable air volume of a single air conditioning room is studied by using intelligent control method, so that the operation of the air conditioning system can achieve energy saving and economic results. The results are applicable to existing projects or new projects with small total area.
