【摘要】：對(duì)老舊建筑進(jìn)行必要的改造與更新，這是推動(dòng)城市更新和完善的有效手段之一。在我國(guó)，對(duì)老舊建筑改造與更新的研究才剛剛起步，隨著中國(guó)城市化進(jìn)程的全面快速推進(jìn)，我們認(rèn)為對(duì)這一課題進(jìn)行深入的探討和研究是很有必要的，，也是很迫切的。本論文通過(guò)了解老舊建筑改造與更新的相關(guān)歷史、理論和相關(guān)方法，得出了老舊建筑改造與更新必須結(jié)合場(chǎng)所精神理念的全新思路。著重探討基于場(chǎng)所精神的改造更新創(chuàng)作方法，以此來(lái)解決在改造過(guò)程中形成的多方面問(wèn)題，使改造后的老舊建筑能更好的滿(mǎn)足當(dāng)代生活的需要。本論文還通過(guò)分析、調(diào)研國(guó)內(nèi)外一些有代表性的實(shí)例，從周邊環(huán)境改造、建筑造型改造到內(nèi)部空間調(diào)整的改造全過(guò)程，從不同的設(shè)計(jì)階段和著眼點(diǎn)去探尋基于場(chǎng)所精神的老舊建筑改造更新，闡述老舊建筑改造需要結(jié)合地域自然環(huán)境、人文歷史環(huán)境的必要性。本文通過(guò)歸納總結(jié)紹興地區(qū)特有的場(chǎng)所要素，結(jié)合老舊建筑的改造更新實(shí)踐，說(shuō)明運(yùn)用場(chǎng)所精神的設(shè)計(jì)理念在老舊建筑改造中的必要性和可行性。緊密地將理論與實(shí)際相結(jié)合，注重總結(jié)和歸納，從而使建筑改造和更新的研究更具有現(xiàn)實(shí)的意義。
[Abstract]:It is one of the effective means to promote the urban renewal and perfection to carry on the necessary renovation and renewal of the old buildings. In our country, the research on the renovation and renewal of old buildings has just started. With the rapid development of urbanization in China, we think that it is necessary and urgent to make a thorough discussion and study on this subject. Through understanding the history, theory and relevant methods of the renovation and renewal of the old buildings, this paper draws a new idea that the renovation and renewal of the old buildings must be combined with the concept of the spirit of the place. This paper focuses on the innovation and creation method based on the spirit of place in order to solve the various problems formed in the process of transformation so that the old buildings after the transformation can better meet the needs of contemporary life. This paper also through the analysis, investigates some representative examples at home and abroad, from the surrounding environment transformation, the architectural modeling transformation to the internal space adjustment transformation entire process, This paper probes into the renewal of old buildings based on the spirit of place from different design stages and points out the necessity of combining the regional natural environment and the humanistic historical environment with the renovation of old buildings. By summing up the unique site elements in Shaoxing area and combining the renovation and renewal practice of the old buildings, this paper explains the necessity and feasibility of applying the design concept of the place spirit in the old building reconstruction. Close combination of theory and practice, pay attention to summing up and induction, so as to make the study of architectural transformation and renewal more practical significance.
