回填微膨脹自密實混凝土配制及單軸膨脹試驗

【摘要】:某水電站采用平壓水箱平衡蝸殼內(nèi)水壓力,雖已安全運行了數(shù)十年,但水箱內(nèi)產(chǎn)生了嚴重銹蝕,檢修條件困難,存在安全隱患。為研究回填微膨脹自密實混凝土替代水箱方案的可行性,開展了回填微膨脹自密實混凝土的配制及其單軸膨脹模擬試驗研究。根據(jù)替代方案的設計要求,回填微膨脹自密實混凝土應具有合適的膨脹量,無需振搗即可將水箱充填密實。采用工程當?shù)卦牧?通過拌和物性能試驗及水膠比-強度試驗,確定了水膠比、砂率等混凝土配合比參數(shù)。通過限制膨脹試驗和模擬單軸膨脹試驗研究了膨脹劑摻量與變形的關系。提出的微膨脹自密實混凝土流變參數(shù)在合理范圍以內(nèi)。提出的回填低熱微膨脹自密實混凝土配合比及單軸膨脹模擬試驗方法可供相關研究和工程參考。
[Abstract]:Although a hydropower station has used a water tank to balance the water pressure in a volute case, although it has been running safely for decades, serious corrosion has occurred in the tank, the condition of maintenance is difficult, and there is a hidden danger of safety. In order to study the feasibility of backfill micro-expansion self-compacting concrete substitute water tank, the preparation of backfill micro-expansion self-compacting concrete and its uniaxial expansion simulation test were carried out. According to the design requirements of the alternative scheme, the backfill micro-expansion self-compacting concrete should have an appropriate expansion amount, and the water tank can be filled with compaction without vibration. By using the local raw materials, the concrete mixture ratio parameters, such as water-binder ratio and sand ratio, were determined by mixing material performance test and water-binder ratio to strength test. The relationship between the amount of expansive agent and deformation was studied by limiting expansion test and simulating uniaxial expansion test. The rheological parameters of micro-expansion self-compacting concrete are within a reasonable range. The mixture ratio and uniaxial expansion simulation test method of backfill low-heat micro-expansion self-compacting concrete can be used as reference for relevant research and engineering.
