【摘要】：在宜居城市建設(shè)背景下,針對城市新區(qū)面臨的公共設(shè)施的控制性詳細(xì)規(guī)劃實(shí)施效果差、新區(qū)發(fā)展具有階段性、配置標(biāo)準(zhǔn)缺失,以及現(xiàn)有的規(guī)劃方法適應(yīng)性差等一系列問題,南寧市五象新區(qū)公共設(shè)施規(guī)劃重點(diǎn)加強(qiáng)對社區(qū)級(jí)設(shè)施的合理引導(dǎo),從設(shè)施層級(jí)、指標(biāo)體系和設(shè)施混合使用等方面進(jìn)行了規(guī)劃方法的探索,并制定有效的開發(fā)引導(dǎo)機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:In the context of livable city construction, a series of problems such as poor implementation effect of controlled detailed planning of public facilities faced by new urban areas, stage development of new areas, lack of allocation standards, and poor adaptability of existing planning methods are discussed. The planning of public facilities in Wuxiang New District of Nanning is focused on strengthening the reasonable guidance to community level facilities. The planning methods are explored from the aspects of facility level, index system and mixed use of facilities, and an effective development guidance mechanism is formulated.
