【摘要】：城市化加速、住房商品化、舊城改造致使傳統(tǒng)鄰里關(guān)系瓦解，加上我國社會老齡化程度的逐步深化，老年社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系破碎，，問題突出。老年人退休后大部分時(shí)間都在社區(qū)內(nèi)活動(dòng)。本文以我國社區(qū)老年人戶外活動(dòng)空間為研究對象，在社區(qū)的范圍內(nèi)，運(yùn)用實(shí)際調(diào)研法與系統(tǒng)分析方法，通過對老年人交往情況的實(shí)際調(diào)查，結(jié)合老年人交往活動(dòng)的特點(diǎn)，探討如何進(jìn)行老年人戶外活動(dòng)空間配置的新方法。 本文以老年人社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)破碎為主要切入點(diǎn)，以重構(gòu)深圳社區(qū)老年人社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)為目的而展開相關(guān)研究。首先，選擇并調(diào)查深圳典型的社區(qū)，通過分析典型社區(qū)內(nèi)老年人的性別、學(xué)歷、退休前職業(yè)等信息來判斷不同層次老年人戶外交往活動(dòng)的需求。第二，在研究老年人基本特征的基礎(chǔ)上，對老年人戶外交往活動(dòng)的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行調(diào)查與研究，并通過老年人的交往活動(dòng)頻率、交往活動(dòng)時(shí)間等特征確定深圳老年人戶外交往活動(dòng)的主要內(nèi)容，進(jìn)而提出深圳老年人戶外活動(dòng)交往空間的主要類型。第三，通過研究深圳典型社區(qū)老年人戶外交往活動(dòng)的出行距離，結(jié)合老年人基本特征，分析在不同出行距離內(nèi)老年人所需要的交往活動(dòng)內(nèi)容，并通過出行距離將老年人在社區(qū)內(nèi)的戶外交往活動(dòng)空間分為了四個(gè)圈層：社區(qū)近家活動(dòng)圈、社區(qū)組團(tuán)活動(dòng)圈、社區(qū)中心活動(dòng)圈以及社區(qū)邊緣活動(dòng)圈，并需要在不同圈層內(nèi)布置不同的老年人戶外交往活動(dòng)空間。最后，結(jié)合深圳老齡化情況、深圳老年人低齡化以及深圳老年人戶外交往活動(dòng)頻繁的特點(diǎn)，提出深圳老年人戶外交往活動(dòng)空間需要確定的兩個(gè)主要指標(biāo)：戶外交往空間的總量與數(shù)量。根據(jù)對深圳典型社區(qū)老年人的調(diào)研，確定影響老年人戶外交往活動(dòng)空間總量以及數(shù)量的主要因素，得出深圳社區(qū)老年戶外交往活動(dòng)空間總量的計(jì)算公式，進(jìn)而從戶外活動(dòng)空間類型、分布、復(fù)合使用、數(shù)量及總量四個(gè)方面完成社區(qū)老年人戶外交往空間的配置。
[Abstract]:The acceleration of urbanization, the commercialization of housing and the transformation of the old city lead to the disintegration of the traditional neighborhood relations, and the gradual deepening of the aging degree of the society in our country, and the breakdown of the social network relationship of the elderly and the outstanding problems. The elderly spend most of their retirement in the community. This paper takes the outdoor activity space of the elderly in the community of our country as the research object, in the community scope, uses the actual investigation method and the system analysis method, through the actual investigation to the old people's contact situation, unifies the old person's contact activity characteristic, To discuss how to carry on the old people outdoor activity space disposition new method. In this paper, the breakup of social network for the elderly is the main breakthrough point, and the purpose is to reconstruct the social network of the elderly in Shenzhen community. First of all, select and investigate the typical community in Shenzhen, by analyzing the gender, education, occupation before retirement and other information of the elderly in the typical community to judge the needs of outdoor communication activities of the elderly at different levels. Second, on the basis of the study of the basic characteristics of the elderly, the contents of the outdoor communication activities of the elderly are investigated and studied, and the frequency of the communication activities of the elderly is adopted. The main contents of the outdoor activities of the elderly in Shenzhen are determined by the characteristics of the time of communication activities, and the main types of the communication space of the outdoor activities of the elderly in Shenzhen are put forward. Third, by studying the travel distance of outdoor communication activities of the elderly in typical communities in Shenzhen, and combining with the basic characteristics of the elderly, this paper analyzes the contents of the communication activities needed by the elderly in different travel distances. Through travel distance, the outdoor communication space of the elderly in the community is divided into four layers: community close to home activity circle, community group activity circle, community center activity circle and community edge activity circle. And needs to arrange different old people outdoor communication activity space in the different circle layer. Finally, considering the aging situation in Shenzhen, the characteristics of the younger age of the elderly in Shenzhen and the frequent outdoor communication activities of the elderly in Shenzhen, This paper puts forward two main indexes that need to be determined in the outdoor communication space of the elderly in Shenzhen: the total amount and the quantity of the outdoor communication space. Based on the investigation of the elderly in the typical community in Shenzhen, the main factors affecting the total space and quantity of the outdoor communication activities of the elderly are determined, and the calculation formula of the total space of the outdoor activities of the elderly in the community of Shenzhen is obtained. Then from the outdoor activity space type, distribution, compound use, the quantity and the total quantity completes the community elderly outdoor communication space disposition.
