【摘要】：沈陽(yáng)在中國(guó)城市中,有著極其重要的地位和特殊性。它的發(fā)展與政治行政的關(guān)系比較密切。近代之前,歷經(jīng)西漢侯城,明朝軍事衛(wèi)城,逐步發(fā)展為清朝開(kāi)國(guó)都城,成為清朝在遼東地區(qū)的政治和經(jīng)濟(jì)中心；鴉片戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)之后,從傳統(tǒng)城市向近代城市的發(fā)展過(guò)程中,又歷經(jīng)晚清政府、俄日殖民、北洋政府、奉系政府、偽滿洲國(guó)政府、民主聯(lián)合政府以及國(guó)民政府行政主體的交替演變,并發(fā)展成為中國(guó)近代東北地區(qū)的工商業(yè)中心城市；現(xiàn)代的沈陽(yáng)已經(jīng)成為中國(guó)六大國(guó)家區(qū)域中心城市之一、東北亞重要城市等。 本課題屬于中國(guó)近代城市規(guī)劃史的基礎(chǔ)研究,屬于在中國(guó)近代城市規(guī)劃史研究大框架體系下的個(gè)別城市規(guī)劃史研究類型,由于近代沈陽(yáng)政權(quán)的頻繁更迭,所以其統(tǒng)治形態(tài)及城市規(guī)劃建設(shè)的實(shí)際情況也各不相同。本研究將城市規(guī)劃的發(fā)展置于政治行政的范疇內(nèi)進(jìn)行分析探討,采用文獻(xiàn)閱讀、實(shí)地調(diào)查、比較分析等方法,結(jié)合沈陽(yáng)近代政治變革及社會(huì)的發(fā)展,將其近代城市規(guī)劃發(fā)展分為6個(gè)部分,總結(jié)出規(guī)劃發(fā)展的特征,確立其作為中國(guó)近代城市規(guī)劃中特殊案例的歷史地位,豐富中國(guó)近代城市規(guī)劃史的研究?jī)?nèi)容與類型,并為今后城市規(guī)劃的發(fā)展提供新的思路與方法。 本文由8個(gè)章節(jié)組成,論文的第一章為緒論部分,主要介紹本文的研究背景、目的及意義,研究的方法、文獻(xiàn)查新以及創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)；第二章對(duì)近代以前沈陽(yáng)的城市規(guī)劃發(fā)展進(jìn)行了分析；第三章從沈陽(yáng)的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、交通文化分析近代城市形成與發(fā)展的深層因素,并基于行政主體視野,對(duì)沈陽(yáng)近代城市規(guī)劃的發(fā)展進(jìn)行分期以及內(nèi)容的簡(jiǎn)要闡述；第四章到第七章為本文的重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容,分別對(duì)晚清政府時(shí)期的沈陽(yáng)城市規(guī)劃(1903-1911)、北洋政府奉系時(shí)期(1912-1931)、偽滿洲國(guó)時(shí)期(1932-1945)、南滿洲鐵道株式會(huì)社的沈陽(yáng)滿鐵附屬地時(shí)期(1905-1937),從政治行政與殖民統(tǒng)治分期及特征、城市規(guī)劃的歷程與內(nèi)容、城市規(guī)劃的特征以及與同時(shí)期重要城市的比較各個(gè)方面,進(jìn)行綜合的分析研究,剖析了沈陽(yáng)在中國(guó)近代城市規(guī)劃發(fā)展中其行政主體、理論、思想、技術(shù)等方面的獨(dú)特性；第八章是對(duì)沈陽(yáng)近代城市規(guī)劃發(fā)展的總結(jié)以及探討了后續(xù)的研究方向。
[Abstract]:Shenyang has an extremely important position and particularity in Chinese cities. Its development and political administration are closely related. Before modern times, after the Houcheng of the Western Han Dynasty and the military Methodist of the Ming Dynasty, it gradually developed into the capital of the founding state of the Qing Dynasty and became the political and economic center of the Qing Dynasty in the eastern part of Liaoning. After the Opium War, the development process from the traditional city to the modern city, The government of late Qing Dynasty, the colonization of Russia and Japan, the government of Beiyang, the government of ministry of worship, the government of false Manchuria, the government of democratic coalition government and the administrative subject of national government, developed into the industrial and commercial center city of northeast area of China in modern times. Modern Shenyang has become one of the six national regional centers in China and an important city in Northeast Asia. This subject belongs to the basic research of modern urban planning history of China and the individual urban planning history research type under the framework of modern urban planning history research system in modern China, because of the frequent change of political power in modern Shenyang. So its ruling form and urban planning and construction of the actual situation is also different. In this study, the development of urban planning is analyzed and discussed in the context of political administration, and the methods of literature reading, field investigation and comparative analysis are used to combine the political reform and social development of Shenyang in modern times. This paper divides the development of modern urban planning into six parts, summarizes the characteristics of the development of urban planning, establishes its historical position as a special case in modern urban planning of China, and enriches the research contents and types of the history of urban planning in modern China. It also provides new ideas and methods for the development of urban planning in the future. This paper consists of eight chapters, the first chapter of the paper is the introduction, mainly introduces the research background, purpose and significance, research methods, literature review and innovation; The second chapter analyzes the urban planning and development of Shenyang before modern times, the third chapter analyzes the deep factors of the formation and development of modern cities from the political, economic and transportation culture of Shenyang, and based on the vision of administrative subjects, The development of Shenyang modern urban planning by stages and the content of a brief exposition, the fourth to the seventh chapters are the key content of this article, In the period of late Qing Dynasty, Shenyang urban planning (1903-1911), Beiyang government (1912-1931), pseudo-Manchukuo period (1932-1945), Shenyang Manchu Railway subsidiary period (1905-1937), the period and characteristics of political administration and colonial rule. The course and content of urban planning, the characteristics of urban planning and the comparison between Shenyang and other important cities in the same period are analyzed, and the administrative subjects, theories and ideas of Shenyang in the development of modern urban planning in China are analyzed. The eighth chapter summarizes the development of modern urban planning in Shenyang and discusses the following research directions.
