西咸新區(qū)某園區(qū)集中供熱方案研究

【摘要】:集中供熱系統(tǒng)是城市重要的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施之一,具有節(jié)約能源、改善環(huán)境、提高供熱質(zhì)量、增加電力供應(yīng)等綜合效益。科學(xué)合理的集中供熱方案對(duì)于城市的發(fā)展有著重要的意義。 本文將西咸新區(qū)某園區(qū)作為研究對(duì)象。首先,對(duì)園區(qū)的自然條件、現(xiàn)狀熱源、現(xiàn)狀熱負(fù)荷做了實(shí)地調(diào)查,并對(duì)園區(qū)近、遠(yuǎn)期規(guī)劃的各類熱負(fù)荷進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的計(jì)算和分析。然后,結(jié)合規(guī)劃熱負(fù)荷大小及分布,分別采用熱電廠、燃煤鍋爐房、燃?xì)忮仩t房三種熱源方案進(jìn)行熱力站的選擇和熱網(wǎng)的布置。并對(duì)熱網(wǎng)進(jìn)行水力計(jì)算和水力平衡,繪制出系統(tǒng)的水壓圖,,分析管網(wǎng)運(yùn)行壓力。之后,對(duì)三種方案分別進(jìn)行初投資估算、年運(yùn)行費(fèi)用估算、能耗計(jì)算和大氣污染物排放量計(jì)算。通過(guò)比較以上數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)各個(gè)方案進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和環(huán)境效益分析。最后,引入層次分析法(AHP)對(duì)三種方案進(jìn)行綜合效益評(píng)價(jià),確定最優(yōu)方案。并總結(jié)出對(duì)于本項(xiàng)目不同方案的綜合效益評(píng)價(jià)值R隨環(huán)境效益權(quán)重X的變化關(guān)系。分析結(jié)果表明:對(duì)于本項(xiàng)目,燃煤鍋爐房集中供熱方案綜合效益最高。 本文結(jié)合實(shí)際工程項(xiàng)目,利用層次分析法對(duì)三種不同的供熱方案進(jìn)行分析研究,選出其中最優(yōu)方案,對(duì)園區(qū)的集中供熱規(guī)劃具有指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:The central heating system is one of the most important infrastructure in the city, which has the comprehensive benefits of saving energy, improving the environment, improving the heating quality and increasing the power supply. The scientific and reasonable central heating scheme is of great significance to the development of the city. This paper takes a park in Xianxian New area as the research object. Firstly, the natural condition, current heat source and current heat load of the park are investigated, and detailed calculation and analysis of all kinds of heat load in the near and long term planning of the park are carried out. Then, according to the size and distribution of thermal load, three heat source schemes, namely, thermal power plant, coal-fired boiler room and gas-fired boiler room, are adopted to select the thermal station and arrange the heat network. The hydraulic calculation and hydraulic balance of the heat network are carried out, the hydraulic pressure diagram of the system is drawn, and the operating pressure of the pipe network is analyzed. After that, the initial investment estimation, annual operating cost estimation, energy consumption calculation and air pollutant emission calculation are carried out respectively. By comparing the above data, the economic and environmental benefits of each scheme are analyzed. Finally, AHP is introduced to evaluate the comprehensive benefit of the three schemes to determine the optimal scheme. The relationship between the comprehensive benefit evaluation value R and the environmental benefit weight X for different schemes of this project is summarized. The results show that: for this project, the comprehensive benefit of central heating scheme of coal-fired boiler room is the highest. In this paper, three different heating schemes are analyzed and studied by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) combined with the actual engineering projects, and the optimal scheme is selected, which is of guiding significance to the central heating planning of the park.
