【摘要】：城市建設(shè)用地中非公共用地占半數(shù)以上的比重,其邊界起到劃分地塊權(quán)屬、保護(hù)地塊空間與參與塑造城市空間形象等職能。改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),城市非公共地塊邊界經(jīng)歷了由封閉到開(kāi)放、由簡(jiǎn)單到復(fù)雜、由單一到多樣的快速轉(zhuǎn)變,但這方面的研究較為零散和薄弱。 研究對(duì)城市非公共地塊邊界的功能、特性以及發(fā)展趨勢(shì)和城市非公共地塊邊界的構(gòu)成形式進(jìn)行考察分析,探討城市非公共地塊邊界設(shè)置的規(guī)律,以期對(duì)城市非公共地塊邊界設(shè)置的實(shí)踐提供理論指導(dǎo)和參考。 全文共分為六章,基本內(nèi)容簡(jiǎn)述如下： 第一章即緒論,闡述了論文選題的緣起和研究的目的與意義、對(duì)重要概念的詮釋、對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行梳理以及主要研究方法的選�。� 第二章著重從城市非公共地塊邊界的職能、類(lèi)型、特性以及歷史發(fā)展總體態(tài)勢(shì)進(jìn)行認(rèn)識(shí)； 第三章將城市非公共地塊邊界的構(gòu)成形式進(jìn)行分析,從硬質(zhì)元素、軟質(zhì)元素以及各種元素的組合進(jìn)行總體分類(lèi),探討各個(gè)元素的基本設(shè)置； 第四章論述城市非公共地塊邊界設(shè)置原則應(yīng)當(dāng)遵循的適用性原則、經(jīng)濟(jì)性原則、美觀性原則、整體性原則和可持續(xù)發(fā)展原則五大基本原則； 第五章提出非公共地塊邊界在不同的情況下采用不同的邊界設(shè)置方法； 第六章歸納研究結(jié)論,指出研究的貢獻(xiàn)與不足,并對(duì)后續(xù)研究提出了展望。
[Abstract]:The non-public land accounts for more than half of the urban construction land, and its boundary plays the functions of dividing the land ownership, protecting the land space and taking part in shaping the image of urban space. Since the reform and opening up, the boundary of urban non-public land has experienced a rapid change from closed to open, from simple to complex, from single to diverse, but the research in this area is scattered and weak. In this paper, the function, characteristics and development trend of the boundary of urban non-public land block and the composing form of the boundary of urban non-public land block are studied and analyzed, and the law of setting the boundary of urban non-public land block is discussed. In order to provide theoretical guidance and reference for the practice of urban non-public land boundary setting. The full text is divided into six chapters, the basic content is summarized as follows: the first chapter is the introduction, elaborated the origin of the topic, the purpose and significance of the research, the interpretation of important concepts, The second chapter focuses on the functions, types, characteristics and the general situation of historical development of urban non-public land boundary. The third chapter analyzes the composition of the boundary of urban non-public land blocks, classifies the hard elements, soft elements and the combination of various elements, and discusses the basic settings of each element. The fourth chapter discusses the applicability principle, economic principle, aesthetic principle, integrity principle and sustainable development principle of urban non-public land boundary setting principle. In the fifth chapter, different methods of boundary setting are proposed under different conditions, and in the sixth chapter, the research conclusions are summarized, the contributions and shortcomings of the study are pointed out, and the prospects for further research are put forward.
