“迪斯尼化”視角下的當(dāng)代商業(yè)綜合體設(shè)計(jì)研究
[Abstract]:The decisive factor of commercial architecture is commerce. Commercial complex is a new kind of complex real estate which is produced with the integration of urban function, large-scale and the combination of space and streamline organization. It is the advanced mode of the development of contemporary commercial buildings. The construction of commercial complex fully reflects the formation logic and formal law under the background of consumption culture. Conversely, any purely architectural evaluation of a commercial complex that ignores commercial factors is powerless. British sociologist Alan Brightman, in the book Disney Storm, succinctly and accurately summarizes the characteristics and principles of the business model represented by Disney theme park. Disney has a profound impact on business models and business patterns, and ultimately on commercial buildings. This paper attempts to transform the thinking way of "Disney" into the analytical means of evaluating commercial buildings on the architectural level, so as to obtain a new vision closer to the development essence of commercial complex. From the angle of sociology, psychology, aesthetics and architecture, this paper constructs the theoretical platform of contemporary commercial complex design with the outline of "theme, mixture, commercialization and performance", and combines the outstanding examples at home and abroad. This paper summarizes the design strategy of contemporary commercial complex under the background of consumption culture, and provides experience summary and theoretical reference for subsequent architectural design.
