小型住宅廚房家具模塊化設(shè)計探究
[Abstract]:With the development of the city and the change of the consumption concept of the residents, and the improvement of kitchen utensils and appliances, the modern kitchen has not only satisfied the cooking function, high efficiency, save space, beautiful and comfortable, environmental protection, Various functions and so on have become modern people's new requirements for the kitchen. Because the kitchen function is numerous, the equipment is complex, and the area is relatively narrow, it is very necessary to plan and design reasonably in order to achieve the optimum use effect, the cabinet modularization then comes into being. Cabinet module is relatively reasonable, easy to use, maximize the expansion of storage space, and has become the main trend of residential kitchen development. Product system design is to apply the idea of system to product design and guide product design with system methodology. Residential kitchen cabinet as a relatively complex function of the product, involved in the scope and requirements are more complex. Therefore, it is very necessary to study it as a system and guide it with the idea of product system design. This paper analyzes and discusses the modularization of Ambry from the aspects of function factor, man-machine factor, product image factor, social and humanistic factor, and makes a systematic study on the factors that affect the cabinet design. The corresponding design principles and application strategies are put forward. By analyzing the interactive interface of Ikea kitchen system in Sweden, this paper discusses the molding standard of the whole cabinet products and its influence on the operation behavior of people. The thesis is divided into five chapters: the first chapter clarifies the background, purpose and significance of the research, research methods and research status at home and abroad. The second chapter briefly describes the relevant norms and theories of residential kitchen, and puts forward the application principles and methods of modular design of integral cabinets. The third chapter mainly analyzes the kitchen operation flow, kitchen furniture, household appliances and their matching, establishes the function system diagram, and studies the function partition and layout form. Try to explore a novel kitchen life mode. In the fourth chapter, the standardized module of the basic function of kitchen facilities is established by combining "the Model Series of Residential Kitchen Furniture and Kitchen equipment" with the man-machine scale of kitchen. The fifth chapter discusses the image elements of cabinet products from the aspects of form, color and texture, and puts forward the concept of module combination to realize product individuation. In the last part of the paper, the characteristics and evaluation system of cabinet modularization system are expounded, and the feasibility of modular design concept in the design of kitchen furniture is determined.
