【摘要】：隨著國(guó)際旅游島建設(shè)的全面推進(jìn),海南旅游得天獨(dú)厚的資源和寬松優(yōu)越的政策環(huán)境,吸引了國(guó)際知名品牌酒店的紛紛入駐。海南已逐步成為全國(guó)酒店頂級(jí)品牌最集中、國(guó)際化水平較高的地區(qū)。度假酒店依托擁有海南獨(dú)特的天然環(huán)境,尤其沿著海岸線建造的高星級(jí)濱海型度假酒店有了空前的發(fā)展,涌現(xiàn)出了一大批國(guó)際水準(zhǔn)的度假酒店設(shè)計(jì)作品,但同時(shí)也存在著諸多問(wèn)題。海南現(xiàn)階段度假酒店的建筑主體造型、室內(nèi)空間裝飾、景觀園林規(guī)劃多以模仿東南亞風(fēng)格為主導(dǎo),甚少植入海南本土文化和南國(guó)風(fēng)情的設(shè)計(jì)要素,導(dǎo)致地域性場(chǎng)所感模糊、地方民族特色弱化、室內(nèi)裝飾同質(zhì)化等現(xiàn)象,致使旅客對(duì)度假酒店環(huán)境失去了奇異感、場(chǎng)所感及歸屬感而疲于消費(fèi),直接影響酒店的入住率和經(jīng)營(yíng)。為此,海南度假酒店的發(fā)展要結(jié)合海南豐富的旅游資源從自然環(huán)境、本土文化、材料技術(shù)等地域性要素,并實(shí)施加強(qiáng)島內(nèi)建設(shè)、島外結(jié)盟的策略。
[Abstract]:With the development of international tourism island construction , Hainan tourism has a unique resource and a relaxed policy environment , which has attracted international famous brand hotels . Hainan has gradually become the most concentrated and international level of the top brands of hotels in the country . The resort hotels are based on the unique natural environment of Hainan , which has led to a large number of international level holiday hotel design works , which have led to the blurring of regional property , the weakening of local national characteristics and the homogenization of interior decoration . Therefore , the development of Hainan resort hotels is to combine with Hainan ' s abundant tourism resources from natural environment , local culture , material technology and other regional elements , and to implement the strategy of strengthening the construction of island and the alliance outside the island .
