【摘要】：商業(yè)中心是城市商貿(mào)流通領(lǐng)域的基本物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)和最后環(huán)節(jié),在經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展中的地位日益凸顯。科學(xué)合理的商業(yè)中心體系空間布局不僅可以滿足人民購物和消費(fèi)等基本生活需求,而且還可以促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)的平穩(wěn)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。來賓市商業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)取得重大發(fā)展,商業(yè)中心體系建設(shè)隨城市化建設(shè)的推進(jìn)得到了重要的發(fā)展。但商業(yè)中心結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展不平衡,空間分布不合理的現(xiàn)象日益嚴(yán)重。因此,在將來賓發(fā)展成為廣西中部現(xiàn)代化產(chǎn)業(yè)商貿(mào)物流中心的大背景下,對來賓市商業(yè)中心進(jìn)行體系空間布局研究極為重要。 論文首先對商業(yè)中心體系空間布局的研究背景、布局的研究意義以及國內(nèi)外商業(yè)中心體系空間布局研究現(xiàn)狀和實(shí)踐進(jìn)行深入研究和分析的基礎(chǔ)上,系統(tǒng)的界定了商業(yè)中心、商業(yè)中心等級(jí)、商業(yè)中心體系、商業(yè)中心規(guī)劃的概念及特征。然后,論文在借鑒國內(nèi)外商業(yè)中心體系空間布局規(guī)劃相關(guān)理論的前提下,提出了影響城市商業(yè)中心空間布局的人口因素、交通因素和城市總體規(guī)劃因素,建立了商業(yè)中心體系空間布局的理論框架。其次,論文在對來賓市商業(yè)中心總體數(shù)量規(guī)模、空間布局等現(xiàn)狀特點(diǎn)從表現(xiàn)形式和結(jié)構(gòu)形式進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析,提出了來賓市商業(yè)中心體系空間布局上存在布局不合理、配套設(shè)施不完善、新商業(yè)區(qū)發(fā)展滯后、商業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)規(guī)模小數(shù)量多的問題。最后,文章針對來賓市商業(yè)空間布局存在的問題,運(yùn)用卡瑞四邊形模型等相關(guān)理論,以來賓市城市總體規(guī)劃為指導(dǎo)依據(jù),提出來賓市商業(yè)總體發(fā)展構(gòu)想、商業(yè)中心體系構(gòu)想和商業(yè)中心布局構(gòu)想,形成規(guī)劃科學(xué)、布局合理、體系完整的來賓市商業(yè)中心體系空間布局構(gòu)想。 本論文通過對來賓市商業(yè)中心體系空間布局的研究,希望能對來賓市商業(yè)中心規(guī)劃提供參考價(jià)值,進(jìn)而促進(jìn)來賓市經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的平穩(wěn)協(xié)調(diào)快速發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The commercial center is the basic material foundation and the last link in the field of city trade circulation, and its position in the economic and social development is increasingly prominent. The scientific and reasonable space layout of commercial center system can not only meet the basic living needs of people, such as shopping and consumption, but also promote the steady and coordinated development of economy. The commercial economy of Laibin City has made great progress, and the construction of commercial center system has got important development with the development of urbanization. However, the development of commercial center structure is not balanced, and the phenomenon of unreasonable spatial distribution is becoming more and more serious. Therefore, it is very important to study the spatial distribution of the business center in Laibin under the background of developing the guests into a modern industrial and trade logistics center in central Guangxi. Based on the research background of commercial center system spatial layout, the significance of the research, and the current situation and practice of the commercial center system spatial layout, the paper defines the commercial center systematically. Business center level, business center system, business center planning concept and characteristics. Then, on the premise of drawing lessons from relevant theories of space layout planning of commercial center system at home and abroad, the paper puts forward the population factors, traffic factors and urban master planning factors that affect the spatial layout of urban commercial center. The theoretical framework of space layout of commercial center system is established. Secondly, the paper systematically analyzes the characteristics of the present situation, such as the total quantity scale and spatial layout of the business center in Laibin city, and points out that the spatial layout of the business center system of Laibin city is unreasonable. Supporting facilities are not perfect, the development of new business district lags behind, the small number of commercial network problems. Finally, aiming at the problems existing in the layout of commercial space in Laibin city, using the theory of Carrey quadrilateral model and taking Laibin city master plan as the guide, the paper puts forward the overall commercial development conception of Laibin city. The concept of commercial center system and commercial center layout form the concept of space layout of Laibin commercial center system with scientific planning, reasonable layout and complete system. By studying the spatial layout of Laibin's commercial center system, this paper hopes to provide reference value for the planning of Laibin's commercial center, and then to promote the steady, coordinated and rapid development of Laibin's economy and society.
