【摘要】:水系,是一個城市機(jī)理的脈絡(luò),具有很大的凝聚力和影響力,對城市的發(fā)展和生態(tài)環(huán)境都有著舉足輕重的影響。城市水系規(guī)劃設(shè)計,在長期以來都是作為單項進(jìn)行規(guī)劃設(shè)計,缺乏與其他系統(tǒng)如道路系統(tǒng)、生態(tài)系統(tǒng)、人文景觀、歷史文化等的有機(jī)聯(lián)系,,往往以水利功能為主,其他功能為輔,有甚者直接被忽視。在現(xiàn)在的城市發(fā)展和規(guī)劃中,人們逐漸認(rèn)識到單項規(guī)劃設(shè)計的缺陷,對水系規(guī)劃提出了完善體系的需求。 作為一個新城的水系,它貫穿新城,在城市雨洪系統(tǒng)里起著重要的作用;同時,它與老城有著密切的聯(lián)系,承載著老城的文化的延續(xù)、生態(tài)的延續(xù)、發(fā)展的延續(xù)。如何在規(guī)劃新城水系時使之和城市多種功能密切結(jié)合,并形成具有連續(xù)慢行系統(tǒng)的綠道,發(fā)揮其生態(tài)綠色、人文景觀的作用,是本次研究要解決的一個重要問題。 設(shè)計通過對目前國內(nèi)外城市水系規(guī)劃相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展、幾個典型的國內(nèi)外城市的水系景觀體系的研究,吸收了綠道系統(tǒng)和水系結(jié)合的優(yōu)點,比對借鑒出有利于城市水系規(guī)劃的方面,并進(jìn)行總結(jié)提煉,找出影響城市水系規(guī)劃設(shè)計的關(guān)鍵點,從而指導(dǎo)遼陽新城水系規(guī)劃。在研究遼陽的歷史文化、自然環(huán)境、綠地系統(tǒng)、交通系統(tǒng)、居民生活特點等基礎(chǔ)上,針對遼陽新城河流水系的現(xiàn)況提出完整一體化的規(guī)劃設(shè)計,以水系綠地的帶狀特性和綠道的連續(xù)性進(jìn)行結(jié)合,同時考慮水系的多種功能并和水利建設(shè)密切結(jié)合,從安全、自然、生態(tài)、觀賞、文化、親水等方面對人工河水系景觀進(jìn)行分析設(shè)計,使遼陽新城水系形成一個與城市結(jié)合一體、宜居、富有生命力的完整廊道體系。
[Abstract]:Water system is a thread of urban mechanism, which has great cohesion and influence, and plays an important role in urban development and ecological environment. For a long time, urban water system planning and design has been carried out as a single item, lacking the organic connection with other systems, such as road system, ecosystem, human landscape, history and culture, etc., which is often based on the function of water conservancy. Other functions are secondary, and some are directly ignored. In the present urban development and planning, people gradually realize the defects of individual planning and design, and put forward the need to perfect the system of water system planning. As a new city's water system, it runs through the new city and plays an important role in the urban rain and flood system; at the same time, it is closely related to the old city, carrying the continuation of the culture, ecology and development of the old city. It is an important problem to solve in this study how to combine the urban water system with many functions closely and form a green road with a continuous slow moving system to play the role of ecological green and human landscape. Through the development of the related fields of urban water system planning at home and abroad and the study of several typical water system landscape systems at home and abroad, the design absorbs the advantages of the combination of green road system and water system. This paper compares and draws lessons from the aspects of urban water system planning, summarizes and refines it, finds out the key points that affect the planning and design of urban water system, and guides the water system planning of Liaoyang New City. Based on the study of Liaoyang's history and culture, natural environment, green space system, transportation system, and the characteristics of residents' life, this paper puts forward an integrated planning and design for the current situation of the river system in Liaoyang New City. Combining the belt characteristics of the water system green space with the continuity of the greenway, and considering the various functions of the water system and closely combining with the water conservancy construction, from safety, nature, ecology, viewing, culture, The landscape of artificial river water system is analyzed and designed in the aspects of hydrophilicity, so that the water system of Liaoyang New City can form a complete corridor system which is integrated with the city, livable and full of vitality.
