【摘要】：從工程量清單計(jì)價(jià)的本質(zhì)來看,即可反映分部分項(xiàng)工程中每個(gè)子項(xiàng)的成本,本文主要從有利于企業(yè)的自主報(bào)價(jià)出發(fā),研究了美國、英國、日本的工程量清單計(jì)價(jià)模式和我國自GB50500-2008《建設(shè)工程工程量清單計(jì)價(jià)規(guī)范》推廣以來,對(duì)我國施工企業(yè)的影響。研究施工企業(yè)為了提高自身投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)競爭力采取的措施,完善企業(yè)定額,建立建筑施工企業(yè)投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)信息管理系統(tǒng),為測(cè)算投標(biāo)價(jià)格打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。 建筑施工企業(yè)投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)的成功與否關(guān)乎一個(gè)企業(yè)的生存與發(fā)展,施工企業(yè)報(bào)價(jià)成功率高就有助于其在建筑行業(yè)立足,相反企業(yè)就會(huì)萎靡,更甚者,甚至可能導(dǎo)致企業(yè)的倒閉。尤其是2003年7月1日工程量清單計(jì)價(jià)規(guī)范在我國開始全面推廣實(shí)施,研究投標(biāo)企業(yè)在工程量清單招標(biāo)模式下如何投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià),如何在低價(jià)中標(biāo)的基礎(chǔ)上實(shí)現(xiàn)利益的最大化,已成為工程建設(shè)領(lǐng)域研究的熱點(diǎn)問題。 本文主要研究了工程清單計(jì)價(jià)模式下企業(yè)投標(biāo)價(jià)格的確定并對(duì)其影響因素的分析以及編制企業(yè)定額,借助模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法建立施工企業(yè)投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)管理信息系統(tǒng),提出投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)策略與技巧,從而提高企業(yè)投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)競爭力。
[Abstract]:From the point of view of the nature of bill of quantities valuation, it can reflect the cost of each sub-item in the sub-project. This paper mainly studies the United States, the United Kingdom and the United States from the perspective of the self-quoted price in favor of the enterprise. The influence of the bill of quantities valuation model in Japan and the valuation standard of construction quantity list in China since the popularization of GB50500-2008. This paper studies the measures taken by construction enterprises in order to improve the competitive power of bidding quotation, perfect the enterprise quota, establish the information management system of bidding quotation for construction enterprises, and lay a solid foundation for calculating the bidding price. The success of bidding and quotation of construction enterprises is related to the survival and development of an enterprise. The high success rate of bidding of construction enterprises will help them to establish their foothold in the construction industry. On the contrary, the enterprises will be weak, or worse, they may even lead to the closure of enterprises. In particular, on July 1, 2003, the valuation standard of bill of quantities began to be popularized and implemented in our country. This paper studies how to bid and quote in the bidding mode of bill of quantities, and how to maximize the benefits on the basis of winning the bid at a low price. It has become a hot issue in the field of engineering construction. This paper mainly studies the determination of enterprise bidding price under the mode of engineering list pricing, analyzes the influencing factors and formulates the enterprise quota, and establishes the bidding quotation management information system of construction enterprise by means of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The strategy and skill of bidding quotation are put forward to improve the competitive power of enterprise bidding quotation.
