【摘要】：論文選取浙江省寧波市余姚地區(qū)的新建農(nóng)村為研究對象，立足于建筑學(xué)所關(guān)注的空間形態(tài)，運用案例研究和對比法，從宏觀村落、中觀新建農(nóng)村、微觀宅院三個層面分析余姚地區(qū)新建農(nóng)村的空間特征。 改革開放30年來，中國農(nóng)村空間形態(tài)發(fā)生了巨大的變化，新建農(nóng)村現(xiàn)象十分頻繁，而我們對新建農(nóng)村的研究仍處于起步階段，因此立足當(dāng)下，客觀記錄新建農(nóng)村的真實狀況，探索其空間模式，尤為重要。 本文是在中國新建農(nóng)村空間形態(tài)研究這一大課題下，對余姚新建農(nóng)村的一次地域性深入探索。在典型案例選取時，根據(jù)三種不同地理特征——杭州灣沖擊平原，，姚江河谷平原與四明山區(qū)山對余姚新建農(nóng)村進(jìn)行分類研究，綜合考量新建農(nóng)村的規(guī)模、建設(shè)年代和建設(shè)方式，以確保案例的典型性和普遍性。在宏觀村落方面，著重研究村落的區(qū)位關(guān)系和空間演變歷史，分析新建農(nóng)村與村落的關(guān)系；在中觀層面，針對不同年代和建設(shè)方式的新建農(nóng)村，采用城市設(shè)計的理論與框架，對其功能架構(gòu)、開發(fā)強(qiáng)度、道路結(jié)構(gòu)、院落組織、單體細(xì)胞、主要界面、開放空間和綠化體系等進(jìn)行客觀的研究和分析，并通過對比，體現(xiàn)新建農(nóng)村在不同時段的不同特點；在微觀院落層面，對其建筑單體和院落空間進(jìn)行分析。在不同層面的分析中，借助訪談和問卷來反映村民的生活狀態(tài)，以及他們對新建農(nóng)村空間形態(tài)的意見。最后，通過對典型案例的對比，得出余姚地區(qū)新建農(nóng)村比較客觀和真實的空間形態(tài)，挖掘?qū)儆谟嘁Φ貐^(qū)的地域性特質(zhì)。 論文希望，通過對余姚地區(qū)的新建農(nóng)村的深入研究，客觀再現(xiàn)當(dāng)?shù)匦陆ㄞr(nóng)村空間形態(tài)，同時增加對中國新建農(nóng)村發(fā)展的認(rèn)識。
[Abstract]:This paper selects the newly built countryside in Yuyao area of Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province as the research object, based on the spatial form of architectural concern, using case study and contrast method, from the macro villages, meso newly built rural areas. Three levels of micro house analysis Yuyao area new rural space characteristics. In the past 30 years of reform and opening up, great changes have taken place in the form of space in rural areas in China, and the phenomenon of new rural areas is very frequent. However, our research on new rural areas is still in its infancy. Therefore, based on the present situation, we objectively record the real situation of new rural areas. It is particularly important to explore its spatial model. This paper is a regional exploration of Yuyao's new rural area under the research of the spatial form of new rural areas in China. In the selection of typical cases, according to three different geographical characteristics-Hangzhou Bay impact Plain, Yao River Valley Plain and Simingshan Mountains-Yuyao newly built rural areas are classified, and the scale, construction age and construction mode of newly built rural areas are comprehensively considered. To ensure the typicality and universality of the case. In the aspect of macroscopic villages, the paper mainly studies the location relationship and spatial evolution history of the villages, analyzes the relationship between the new rural areas and the villages, and at the middle level, adopts the theory and framework of urban design for the new rural areas of different ages and ways of construction. The functional structure, development intensity, road structure, courtyard tissue, single cell, main interface, open space and greening system are studied and analyzed objectively. At the level of micro courtyard, the building monomer and courtyard space are analyzed. In the analysis of different levels, interviews and questionnaires are used to reflect the living conditions of the villagers and their opinions on the spatial form of the new rural areas. Finally, through the comparison of typical cases, this paper draws a conclusion that the new rural areas in Yuyao area are more objective and real spatial form, and excavate the regional characteristics of Yuyao area. The paper hopes that through the in-depth study of the newly built countryside in Yuyao area, it can objectively reproduce the spatial form of the newly built rural area and increase the understanding of the new rural development in China.
