【摘要】：作為僅有的保持著廈門老城區(qū)的原有風(fēng)貌的大同路商業(yè)街區(qū)，如今成為了政府規(guī)劃部門日漸重視的區(qū)域，而對其的發(fā)展和改造主要方向也是幾經(jīng)變動至今懸而未決。像廈門營平這樣兼顧居住和商業(yè)兩個主要功能的老城區(qū)在中國當(dāng)今的城市區(qū)域中具有一定的代表，其中的外部空間形態(tài)和利用現(xiàn)狀具有中國城市的舊城商業(yè)街的普遍特點。今天的大同路仍是街區(qū)人群活動頻繁的區(qū)域，廈門老居民的生活形態(tài)在其中淋漓呈現(xiàn)。 本文首先研究廈門市營平老城區(qū)大同路商業(yè)街區(qū)空間演變、形成的歷史特質(zhì)，從而進(jìn)一步研究大同路外部空間現(xiàn)狀形成的相關(guān)因素及其之間的關(guān)系，成為論文研究的理論研究基礎(chǔ)及依據(jù)。 通過對廈門市營平老城區(qū)大同路的長期觀察和調(diào)查研究，，對外部空間現(xiàn)狀的研究中從不同的層次，包括外部空間特征、商業(yè)業(yè)態(tài)要素等方面進(jìn)行總結(jié)和分析。研究大同路商業(yè)外部空間利用的特性與其內(nèi)在發(fā)展秩序，并對街區(qū)內(nèi)自發(fā)更新的空間按照利用形式進(jìn)行分類并總結(jié)其類型特點。從空間形態(tài)出發(fā)，對居民空間行為參與和舊城商業(yè)街環(huán)境之間的相互影響做進(jìn)一步的分析和研究。 在現(xiàn)狀調(diào)研與理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合大同路商業(yè)街的外部空間形態(tài)演變和文化特性，分析居民在大同路商業(yè)街區(qū)外部空間中行為的特殊性，探索空間更新與街區(qū)人群行為的互動對復(fù)興舊城商業(yè)街的啟示。
[Abstract]:As the only commercial district of Datong Road, which maintains the original style and features of the old urban area of Xiamen, it has become an increasingly important area for the government planning department, and the main direction of its development and transformation has been changed several times until now. The old urban area, such as Yingping in Xiamen, which has two main functions of residence and commerce, has a certain representation in the present urban area of China, in which the form of outer space and the present situation of utilization have the general characteristics of the old commercial street of Chinese cities. Today's Datong Road is still the area where people live frequently, and the life style of the old residents in Xiamen is presented. This paper first studies the spatial evolution and historical characteristics of Datong Road Commercial District in Yingping and Laocheng District of Xiamen City, so as to further study the relevant factors and the relationship between the formation of the outer space status quo of Datong Road and the relationship between them. It has become the theoretical research foundation and basis of the thesis. Based on the long-term observation and investigation of Datong Road in Yingping and Laocheng District of Xiamen City, this paper summarizes and analyzes the present situation of external space from different levels, including the characteristics of external space, the elements of commercial form and so on. This paper studies the characteristics and internal development order of the commercial outer space utilization of Datong Road, and classifies the spontaneous renewal space in the block according to the utilization form and summarizes its type characteristics. Based on the spatial form, this paper makes further analysis and research on the interaction between the participation of residents' spatial behavior and the environment of the old commercial street. On the basis of current investigation and theoretical research, combined with the evolution of outer space and cultural characteristics of Datong Road Commercial Street, this paper analyzes the particularity of residents' behavior in the outer space of Datong Road Commercial District. To explore the interaction between the renewal of space and the behavior of the crowd in the old city.
