【摘要】：隨著城市的發(fā)展,城市空間不斷向外擴展,原來在郊外的老工業(yè)區(qū)逐漸發(fā)展為城市的一部分,占據(jù)了城市中比較好的地段,加上工業(yè)污染的排放,給城市帶來交通擁堵、環(huán)境污染等各種問題,影響了城市的發(fā)展和居民的身體健康。政府己經(jīng)意識到問題的嚴重性,開始大力推進全國老工業(yè)區(qū)調(diào)整改造工作。而當前我國的三線城市正處在發(fā)展困境尋求轉(zhuǎn)型階段,急需對其老工業(yè)區(qū)進行改造。 城市舊區(qū)的改造與城市的發(fā)展是彼此相互依存相互制約的。本文正是在這一背景下,以三線城市老工業(yè)區(qū)的改造為研究對象,試圖在深刻分析三線老工業(yè)區(qū)的發(fā)展和規(guī)劃的基礎(chǔ)上,找到基于可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論對其進行改造規(guī)劃的方法。 論文首先梳理了三線城市老工業(yè)區(qū)發(fā)展與規(guī)劃演變過程,指出了現(xiàn)階段老工業(yè)區(qū)發(fā)展和規(guī)劃的問題和老工業(yè)區(qū)未來發(fā)展趨勢。然后分析了老工業(yè)區(qū)改造更新與可持續(xù)發(fā)展的耦合關(guān)系,提出了基于可持續(xù)發(fā)展的老工業(yè)區(qū)改造原則和對策,最后基于可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論,從城市整體系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化的角度出發(fā),系統(tǒng)的提出老工業(yè)區(qū)改造規(guī)劃中制定戰(zhàn)略定位、梳理城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)、優(yōu)化集約利用土地資源、工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護與再利用,以及城市空間塑造的規(guī)劃方法,并結(jié)合荊門市象山老工業(yè)區(qū)改造規(guī)劃實踐進行了分析。
[Abstract]:With the development of the city, the urban space continues to expand outwards. The old industrial zone in the suburbs has gradually developed into a part of the city, occupying a relatively good part of the city, and the emissions of industrial pollution have brought traffic congestion to the city. Environmental pollution and other problems affect the development of the city and the health of residents. Aware of the seriousness of the problem, the government has begun to vigorously promote the adjustment and renovation of the old industrial zones throughout the country. At present, the third-tier cities in our country are in the difficult stage of seeking transformation, so it is urgent to transform the old industrial zone. The transformation of old urban areas and the development of cities are interdependent and mutually restricted. Under this background, this paper takes the transformation of the old industrial zone of the third line city as the research object, and attempts to find the method of the reconstruction planning based on the theory of sustainable development on the basis of the deep analysis of the development and planning of the old industrial zone of the third line. The paper firstly combs the evolution process of the development and planning of the old industrial zone in the third tier city, and points out the problems of the development and planning of the old industrial zone at the present stage and the future development trend of the old industrial zone. Then it analyzes the coupling relationship between the renovation of the old industrial zone and the sustainable development, and puts forward the principles and countermeasures of the transformation of the old industrial zone based on the sustainable development. Finally, based on the theory of sustainable development, from the point of view of the optimization of the whole urban system, This paper systematically puts forward the strategic orientation in the reconstruction planning of the old industrial zone, combs the urban spatial structure, optimizes the intensive utilization of land resources, the protection and reuse of industrial heritage, and the planning method of shaping the urban space. Combined with Jingmen Xiangshan old industrial zone reconstruction planning practice was analyzed.
