多層復(fù)合材料隔聲特性研究

【摘要】:隨著科學(xué)與技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,信息安全問題也日益為人們所擔(dān)憂,信息安全所涉及的問題關(guān)乎個人、集體,社會、甚至是國家安全與社會穩(wěn)定。在信息安全中的物理防護領(lǐng)域,針對保密會議、保密辦公、保密信息處理的專門設(shè)施,國家專門出臺相關(guān)的電磁防護標準,其中對保密會議室的要求尤為苛刻,從距離防御到聲、光、電綜合防護提出要求。其中聲音作為最為基本的信息載體,對聲音進行防護是保障信息安全的重點,也是進行信息防護的首要工作。而墻體作為聲防護的主要形式之一,傳統(tǒng)的墻體隔聲已經(jīng)不能滿足現(xiàn)代信息安全的需要,主要表現(xiàn)在以下兩個方面:一是隔聲量不能滿足相關(guān)要求;二是不具備其他防護措施——電磁防護和光防護。作者所提出的墻體是以金屬板為基底的復(fù)合結(jié)構(gòu)墻體,能有效地彌補傳統(tǒng)隔墻存在的不足。本文主要圍繞以保密會議室的信息安全為背景,建筑結(jié)構(gòu)的輕質(zhì)墻體為研究對象,綜合考慮信息安全存在的各種影響因素,對保密會議室信息安全防護中的聲防護進行研究。結(jié)合保密會議室的防護要求,本文通過對目前使用的傳統(tǒng)輕質(zhì)隔墻的結(jié)構(gòu)以及隔聲性能進行分析,針對高性能聲防護要求,在前人的研究和實踐的基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計了以金屬板為基底的多層復(fù)合結(jié)構(gòu),三個基底結(jié)構(gòu)和五個基底模型,分別從單層到多層,到完整結(jié)構(gòu)“質(zhì)量-彈簧-質(zhì)量”模型,分析模型中結(jié)構(gòu)的作用以及其中材料的選擇和材料的聲學(xué)功能,并給出三維結(jié)構(gòu)示意圖。作者還通過隔聲理論對結(jié)構(gòu)模型進行分析,在傳統(tǒng)的單雙層結(jié)構(gòu)的理論基礎(chǔ)上,利用Sharp理論對多層結(jié)構(gòu)的隔聲量進行初步預(yù)測分析,并按照理論結(jié)構(gòu)模型在實驗室中建立實際構(gòu)件并進行測試。根據(jù)相關(guān)隔聲測試理論與測試標準對建立的實際構(gòu)件測試完成后,所得出的檢測數(shù)據(jù)與理論測試數(shù)據(jù)進行對比,理論公式預(yù)測所得結(jié)果與實際測試數(shù)據(jù)趨勢基本一致,可以較好的反應(yīng)結(jié)構(gòu)的隔聲性能;通過不同結(jié)構(gòu)的隔聲頻率特性曲線中各個中心頻帶隔聲性能的分析,結(jié)果表明,阻尼結(jié)構(gòu)可以很好的削弱共振和吻合效應(yīng)造成的隔聲量下降現(xiàn)象,且?guī)в屑s束阻尼結(jié)構(gòu)的模型隔聲性能優(yōu)于自由阻尼結(jié)構(gòu)的模型;分別對比了相同材料不同結(jié)構(gòu)和相同結(jié)構(gòu)不同材料構(gòu)件的隔聲性能。由多種復(fù)合材料組成的復(fù)合結(jié)構(gòu)具有較高的隔聲量,五種模型的隔聲量都在50d B以上,且結(jié)構(gòu)厚度在100mm左右,其中結(jié)構(gòu)中厚度最薄的為96.7mm,隔聲量達54d B;與傳統(tǒng)輕質(zhì)隔聲墻體進行對比,隔聲量高,且厚度要大大小于傳統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu),在應(yīng)用中具有很好的優(yōu)勢。綜合本文對多層復(fù)合材料組成的結(jié)構(gòu)的研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)該復(fù)合結(jié)構(gòu)不僅具備保密會議室相關(guān)的電磁防護功能,且滿足相應(yīng)聲防護高隔聲需求;該結(jié)構(gòu)模型具有較高的實際應(yīng)用價值,對以后的金屬板復(fù)合結(jié)構(gòu)的隔聲研究也有一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, the problem of information security is increasingly concerned by people. The problem of information security concerns individual, collective, society, even national security and social stability. In the field of physical protection in the field of information security, for the special facilities for confidential meetings, confidential offices, and confidential information processing, the state has specially issued relevant electromagnetic protection standards, among which the requirements for confidential conference rooms are particularly stringent. From distance defense to sound, light, and electricity comprehensive protection requirements. As the most basic information carrier, sound protection is not only the focus of information security, but also the primary work of information protection. The wall as one of the main forms of sound protection, the traditional wall sound insulation can no longer meet the needs of modern information security, mainly in the following two aspects: first, the sound insulation can not meet the relevant requirements; Second, there are no other protective measures-electromagnetic protection and light protection. The wall proposed by the author is a composite structure wall based on a metal plate, which can effectively compensate for the shortcomings of the traditional partition wall. In this paper, the information security of the conference room is taken as the background, the lightweight wall of the building structure is taken as the research object, and the sound protection in the information security protection of the confidential conference room is studied synthetically considering the various influencing factors of the information security. Combined with the protection requirements of the secret conference room, this paper analyzes the structure and sound insulation performance of the traditional lightweight partition wall used at present, aiming at the high performance sound protection requirements. On the basis of previous research and practice, a multilayer composite structure based on metal plate is designed, three substrates and five basement models are designed, from single layer to multilayer, to complete structure "mass-spring-mass" model. The function of the structure in the model, the selection of materials and the acoustic function of the material are analyzed, and the three dimensional structure diagram is given. On the basis of the traditional theory of single and double layer structure, the sound insulation of multilayer structure is preliminarily predicted by Sharp theory. According to the theoretical structure model, the actual components are established and tested in the laboratory. According to the relevant sound insulation test theory and test standard, the test data obtained are compared with the theoretical test data, and the predicted results are basically consistent with the actual test data trend. The sound insulation performance of the reaction structure can be better, and the analysis of the sound insulation performance of each center frequency band in the different structure frequency characteristic curve shows that, Damping structure can weaken the phenomenon of sound insulation drop caused by resonance and coincidence effect, and the sound insulation performance of the model with constrained damping structure is better than that of free damping structure. The sound insulation properties of the same materials with different structures and the same structure with different materials were compared respectively. The composite structure composed of many kinds of composite materials has high sound insulation. The sound insulation of the five models is above 50 dB, and the thickness of the structure is about 100mm. The thinnest of the structure is 96.7mm, and the sound insulation is 54dB. Compared with the traditional lightweight wall, the sound insulation is high and the thickness is much smaller than that of the traditional structure, so it has a good advantage in application. In this paper, the structure of multilayer composite material is studied. It is found that the composite structure not only has the electromagnetic protection function related to the secret conference room, but also meets the need of high sound insulation for the corresponding acoustic protection, and the structure model has high practical application value. It also has certain reference value to the sound insulation research of metal plate composite structure in the future.
