泡沫滅火系統(tǒng)測(cè)試用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)壓力式比例混合裝置

【摘要】:本文針對(duì)泡沫滅火系統(tǒng)泡沫產(chǎn)生類產(chǎn)品(泡沫產(chǎn)生器、泡沫噴頭等)及噴射類產(chǎn)品(泡沫槍、泡沫炮等)測(cè)試用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)混合液供給系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行研究,開展了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)比例混合裝置研究,包括總體方案設(shè)計(jì)、裝置設(shè)計(jì)及計(jì)算、性能參數(shù)驗(yàn)證幾方面,并將研究成果作為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)檢測(cè)設(shè)備直接應(yīng)用于泡沫滅火系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生類產(chǎn)品和噴射類產(chǎn)品的測(cè)試。主要內(nèi)容包括: 1.對(duì)現(xiàn)有泡沫液比例混合方式的泡沫比例混合產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行了介紹,主要包括有管線式比例混合器、環(huán)泵式比例混合器、平衡式比例混合裝置、計(jì)量注入式比例混合裝置和壓力式比例混合裝置等幾種產(chǎn)品,著重介紹了其產(chǎn)品的組成及工作原理,并進(jìn)行了泡沫比例混合產(chǎn)品的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)分析,通過綜合考慮設(shè)計(jì)方案,提出了適用于泡沫產(chǎn)生裝置試驗(yàn)測(cè)試用的比例混合方式; 2.根據(jù)需要檢測(cè)的不同類別的泡沫產(chǎn)生類產(chǎn)品和泡沫噴射類產(chǎn)品,突破傳統(tǒng)的思維設(shè)計(jì)方式,,提出了泡沫滅火系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品測(cè)試用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)壓力式比例混合裝置的總體設(shè)計(jì)方案,通過比較不同消防產(chǎn)品的主要特性參數(shù)(壓力范圍、流量范圍和混合比等),最終確定了壓力式比例混合器的規(guī)格(DN80、DN100、DN150),同時(shí)論證了該套測(cè)試裝置的連接方式,并進(jìn)行優(yōu)化部件選型,給出了具體設(shè)計(jì)方案; 3.根據(jù)壓力式比例混合裝置測(cè)試的工作參數(shù)范圍(壓力范圍、流量范圍和混合比等),通過理論計(jì)算對(duì)所設(shè)計(jì)的壓力式比例混合裝置所選用的三種規(guī)格比例混合器(DN80、DN100、DN150)分別計(jì)算確定了其主管路噴嘴及泡沫液節(jié)流孔板的尺寸,并對(duì)三種比例混合器與泡沫液儲(chǔ)罐的安裝方式、安裝間距和管路尺寸等參數(shù)進(jìn)行了確認(rèn)計(jì)算校核; 4.采用分光光度計(jì)法和電導(dǎo)率法分別測(cè)試了不同類別、不同發(fā)泡倍數(shù)、不同混合比的泡沫液的吸光率與時(shí)間關(guān)系曲線、電導(dǎo)率與溫度曲線的關(guān)系圖,對(duì)泡沫比例混合器的混合比測(cè)試方法進(jìn)行了研究,選擇了適用于評(píng)價(jià)本研究裝置的混合比測(cè)試方法; 5.對(duì)泡沫滅火系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品測(cè)試用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)壓力式比例混合裝置分別使用不同類別的泡沫液,在不同壓力范圍、不同流量范圍下的混合比進(jìn)行了測(cè)試,對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)壓力式比例混合裝置的主要性能及測(cè)試參數(shù)進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the standard mixed liquid supply system for foam production products (foam generator, foam sprinkler, etc.) and spray products (foam gun, etc.) for foam extinguishing system is studied, and the standard proportional mixing device is studied. It includes the overall scheme design, device design and calculation, performance parameter verification, and the research results are directly applied to the testing of foam fire extinguishing system production products and spray products as standard testing equipment. The main contents are as follows: 1. The existing foam proportion mixing products are introduced, including pipeline mixer, ring pump mixer, balanced proportional mixing device. 2. Several kinds of products, such as metrological injection proportional mixing device and pressure-type proportional mixing device, are introduced in this paper. The composition and working principle of the products are emphatically introduced, and the advantages and disadvantages of foam proportion mixing products are analyzed, and the design scheme is considered synthetically. The proportional mixing method suitable for testing and testing of foam generator is put forward. 2. According to different kinds of foam production products and foam spray products, the traditional thinking design mode is broken through. The general design scheme of standard pressure proportional mixing device for testing foam fire extinguishing system products is put forward. The main characteristic parameters (pressure range) of different fire fighting products are compared. Finally, the specification of pressure proportional mixer (DN80 / DN100 / DN150) is determined, the connection mode of the test device is demonstrated, and the selection of optimized parts is carried out, and the concrete design scheme is given. 3.According to the range of working parameters (pressure range) tested by the pressure-type proportional mixing device, The flow range and mixing ratio are calculated and the size of nozzle and orifice plate of foam throttle are determined by theoretical calculation of three kinds of scale mixer (DN80 / DN100 / DN150), which are selected for the designed pressure proportional mixing device. The installation mode, installation distance and pipe size of three kinds of proportional mixer and foam tank were confirmed and calculated. 4. Different types were measured by spectrophotometer method and conductivity method. The relationship curve between absorbency and time and the relationship between conductivity and temperature of foam liquid with different foaming ratio and different mixing ratio were studied, and the measuring method of mixing ratio of foam proportional mixer was studied. The mixing ratio test method suitable for evaluating this research device is selected. 5. The standard pressure proportional mixing device for testing foam fire extinguishing system products uses different kinds of foam liquid in different pressure range. The mixing ratio in different flow range was tested and the main performance and test parameters of the standard pressure proportional mixing device were evaluated.
